The house is located in Itahaem, in the family-friendly and peaceful neighborhood of Suarao, a 3-minute walk from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms, 2
bathrooms, a living room with a flat-screen TV featuring 290 satellite channels, and a Bluetooth home theater system that connects to your cell phone.

It also features a barbecue grill and a large backyard.
