All in all, a great place to enjoy and relax, but don't forget to explore the surrounding area. Explore the numerous caves, canoe down the rivers, go horse riding, hike along well-marked trails and be sure to visit the towns of Bergerac, Perigueux and the old town of Sarlat, with its lively Saturday market.
