Starting with the positives, the unit is in a great location. You can walk right to the beach and are close to restaurants and a grocery store, which came in handy. The smart TVs were nice to have as well. The kitchen had all of the utensils and cookware you'll need. Also, I have to give a shoutout to the staff. We were traveling with a teething, sunburnt 10-month-old, and the staff was able to accommodate an early check-in. The check-in process was seamless and the staff were responsive when I reached out via text. As for the negatives, the unit itself could use some TLC. The couch in the unit needs to be replaced. It is a pullout couch, but I wouldn't wish a night's sleep on it on my worst enemy. I know couch beds aren't typically the most comfortable, but the springs in this one jab and prod you as soon as you sit down on it, and if you do sleep on it, don't even think about adjusting yourself. We had family staying in other units at the same time as we were here and those had been updated and were much nicer. The unit was as clean for the most part, but again, that couch. It had some stains that looked to be permanent at this point. There were also a couple of pieces of trash behind the couch from previous guests. If you're looking at this location, I’d recommend a different unit. There are other nicer first-floor options, or you can look to spend a little more to go up to the third floor where the view is incredible.We hope to return, but we will not come back to this unit.
