  • Tucked away under gamle eiketrær som ligger på omtrent en hektar, er dette sjarmerende hjemmet intet mindre enn et kystnært tilfluktssted. Inne finner du kystinnredning gjennom hele dette 4 soverom 3 badet hjemme. Dette hjemmet har kombinasjon av kjøkken / stue med spisekjøkken, barstoler rundt midt i øya og stor flatskjerm-TV. Kjøkkenet har skinnformede kvarts counter-topper med rustfritt stål apparater.

    I hovedetasjen (2. etasje) finner du 2 romslige soverom: et hovedsoverom (king size-seng) med eget bad med overdimensjonert dusj og et andre soverom som åpner til en veranda. Dette andre soverommet bruker et delt bad i hoved gangen.

    Å se på lavere nivå (1. etasje) finner du et annet område for underholdning med stor flatskjerm-TV, sovesofa og tilgang til en annen skjermet i verandaen. Lavere nivå har 2 soverom som sover 6 til 8 personer. Ett soverom med et sett med køyesenger og det andre med en queen size-seng. Denne etasjen har også et komplett bad med dusj og eget vaskerom.

    Utenfor er det en overdimensjonert utendørs dusj. På baksiden av eiendommen er det en privat turbro som forbinder eiendommen til Island Center Shopping Plaza (Harris Teeter dagligvarebutikk) og enkel tilgang til Palm Blvd. Crossing Palm Blvd gjester kan gå til IOP County-Beachfront Park med strandpromenade og lekeplass for barn.

    Ingen kjæledyr tillatt, røyking, brannpit og garasje bygningen er ikke til gjestenes bruk. Gassgjær p�� stedet (propanbeholdere kan byttes på vårt kontor i åpningstiden). Sengetøy er inkludert. 5 bil kapasitet. Peis er ikke til gjestenes bruk.

This home fit the bill. It was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The location was close to town with the added convenience of a Harris Teeter grocery store behind the home over a little bridge. It was also within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the beach. We had a fabulous time and would definitely choose this beautiful home again.

We were in Charleston for my son's Citadel graduation and the back patio was perfect for an outdoor family dinner celebration the night before. The house feels so secluded and private, and the ability to walk through the back gate to the Harris Teeter was so convenient. There is ample parking which is a huge plus on the island. Always very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Great House!

Cute renovations, great yard, and parking area. Perhaps typical, but screened porches, stairs, and railings have a lot of mildew. Walk to the Harris Teeter is super convenient, though very littered on the other side. Quick to the beach and restaurants. Outside is rather noisy since it's close to the connector bridge. Upstairs bath sink stoppers don't keep sinks filled, shower drain in primary bath needs repair,its broken stonework is missing a real drain cover. Though it was sufficiently cold, the refrigerator control panel is broken. The kitchen needs more spoons, hot pads, cookie sheets, a hand mixer, storage containers, and larger mixing bowls. A few wall hooks in the baths and bedrooms would be handy. Beds were extremely soft. Adding a chair in the bedrooms would be nice. Door locks need lubrication.

The Harris Teeter grocery is literally right behind the house but you can’t see it for all the lovely landscaping. You will also find some great restaurants in the little shopping center with Harris Teeter. We had one maintenance problem and someone was there within half an hour to check it out and fix it. Wish I had that kind of service at home.

It was Fourth of July weekend so it was very crowded on the public beach but it’s very easy to walk to the beach or to drive down to one of the many other access points on the island. It was very handy to be able to walk to the grocery store in one minute as it backs up to the property. The house was modern and well equipped and we enjoyed our stay very much. They did advertise a wagon to help carry your gear to the beach but the wagon seemed to be missing while we were there, so hopefully someone finds it or they get a new one because that would be helpful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I just returned from the beach with my husband and 2 other couples. This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed In this house. The first time was with my husband, my kids and grandkids. We loved it then and wanted to come back. The location is perfect. A walk through the backyard, over a little wooden bridge and you’re at the shopping center with the grocery store and restaurants. Cross the street and down the block and you’re at the public beach access or turn right and you’re downtown. A 5 minute walk from everything. There’s so many spaces in the house for everyone to spread out, with the living room up and down and 4 porches to sit in. There is no dining room but the downstairs screened in porch has a table big enough for everyone. The beds and pillows are very comfortable and there was plenty of bedding. We were provided with plenty of bath towels. A few extra kitchen towels would be nice. The couple that slept in the downstairs queen room noticed they could hear walking around from the master directly above them so light sleepers beware. The coffee machine uses K-cups so do your shopping accordingly. A Mr. Coffee would’ve been nice so be able to make a full pot but it wasn’t really an issue. When planning our next trip to this area we will definitely be checking to see if this house is available again. The management company is amazing! I loved that we got email communication regularly throughout our entire stay with tips to help plan our vacation and reminders of how everything works and to find what we needed. Check in and check out was a breeze.

The house layout is perfect to accommodate big groups, having two floors was so nice and really separated us even without having to book a huge house. The Backyard is magical, we were able to have a bonfire and cook s’mores so easily. What made this house a dream is location. You run out of sugar or milk you walk into your backyard and the market/liquor store is right there. We hope to be back soon! Thank you island realty for making our wedding perfect.
