Spread across two beautifully designed levels, IOP Beachhouse is made for gathering. The main living area is bright and beachy, anchored by a fireplace and a wall of windows. The adjacent chef’s kitchen is perfectly picturesque—complete with a spacious island, top-of-the-line appliances, and a separate wet bar that invites happy hour prep before dinner.
Outdoor living is where this home truly shines. Two covered decks stretch across the back of the home, each thoughtfully furnished with lounge seating and dining spaces. A spiral staircase leads to the rooftop patio, where sweeping views and stunning sunsets await. Below, the elevated pool invites fun and leisure for the whole crew.
Seven bedrooms—six with their own ensuite bathroom—ensure everyone in your group gets a private haven to retreat to. A washer and dryer and an additional half bathroom add convenience for a comfortable stay from start to finish.

Home Truths: - You must be 25 years or older to book this home. - Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September. - The pool can be heated or cooled for $500 +tax per 7 day reservation with 24 hrs notice, as long as the average outside temperature is over 55F. - Guests must supply their own beach towels. - The home comes with 10 beach chairs, a beach wagon and 4 beach umbrellas.. In addition, all reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking. - Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Fireplaces are not for guest use. - Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes. - While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

This was our 2nd year to spend our family vacation at this house. We love its quiet location at the end of the island near Sullivan's Island. Easy beach access and no crowds. House setup and accommodations for guests are well thought out. Highly recommend this house!
This beautiful beach home exceeded my expectations. It was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean with loads of space for our family of 14. The kitchen was amazingly well equipped…from dinner and glassware to every serving piece imaginable. The elevated pool was perfect for afternoons after spending time on the beach which is a very short walk from the house. We are now spoiled when it comes to vacation rentals and can’t wait to return!
This property was absolutely spectacular - exceeding ALL expectations! It was beautifully appointed, well-equipped, and extremely organized. The owner was extremely prompt in responding to any questions I had prior to and during our stay. It was the perfect home for our large extended family with young children to experience an amazing vacation, filled with so many cherished memories. Without a doubt, we WILL be back!!!
House was beautiful! Would absolutely stay here again. A little disappointed I had to pay extra to have the pool heated for the weekend but all in all a great home!
This property was nothing but perfect! It was an amazing house with a perfect location. The house was so clean, nice, and had everything we needed. It was lovely to be able to walk to the beach, use the pool, and have a short drive anywhere we wanted to go. I would definitely stay here again and have already recommended this home to friends and family!
We have stayed at many rentals over the years. This was hands down the best. The location was great with easy access to the beach. The kitchen was massive with every utensil you could ever need. The beds were very comfortable and all the bathrooms were elegant. Such a wonderful experience
This is a magnificent property! It has everything you need. A first rate kitchen, so many wonderful areas to relax, super comfortable beds and so close to the beach! We liked the property so much we’re going to rent it again next year!
This house is spectacular! Bill and Terri Saint have taken great care in insuring that the house has everything you could possibly ask for. This was our second stay at this house. We had the best week with family and friends! We are already looking forward to next year!
The house and grounds are immaculate and we couldn't have asked for a better place to spend the week. Coffee on the roof deck every morning was the perfect start to the day! We loved it all!
