Location is everything at this three-level villa in the popular gated community of Wild Dunes, where you get the best of both worlds. The Fairway Dunes community pool is just a few steps from your front door, and the nearest beach access path is only about a 6-minute walk away. Ocean in the morning, pool in the afternoon, or both in the same day? You won’t have to choose.

Start your day with a stroll to the beach, chairs and umbrella in tow, for a morning of waves, sand, and shell hunting. When you’re ready for a change of scenery, the community pool is practically next door (open April through September 30, 8am to sundown). It’s so close you can see it, along with the community tennis and pickleball courts, right from the king guest bedroom’s balcony. That makes it easy to pop over for a quick dip, a lazy float, or a friendly match, and pop right back for snacks. At the end of the day, rinse off the sand and chlorine at the open-air outdoor shower by the front entry.

This three-bedroom, three-bath villa sleeps 8 and overlooks a peaceful lagoon on the Links golf course. Inside, everything’s been refreshed with updated flooring, furnishings, and a stylish kitchen, all wrapped in a breezy, luxe coastal look. The open kitchen, dining, and living area keeps everyone together, and the fully equipped kitchen is ready for family breakfasts and post-beach feasts. With two indoor dining spots plus a high-top table on the deck, there’s always a seat with a view.

The bright bonus sunroom with its own TV is the perfect place to curl up with a book or let the kids unwind after a day of swimming. Head out to the balcony and deck to enjoy the breeze over the lagoon and golf course.

Upstairs, three spacious bedrooms each have their own full bath, so everyone can wash off the sunscreen without waiting in line. The primary suite has its own private balcony for morning coffee before the beach or a cocktail after the pool. Downstairs, a laundry room with washer and dryer makes quick work of sandy towels and wet swimsuits (please shake sand off first).

Isle of Palms is just a short drive to many Historical sites. Enjoy the number one city in the US, the Galleries, the Restaurants, the Arts and perhaps find time to do a wonderful Eco Tour with the family.
