About this Space:

With only two bedrooms, space can be tight if vacationing with 6+.

Outdoor space: The cabin is 40 feet from the beach. The boat dock is in a protected channel that connects to Mille Lacs Lake (Previous guests have caught bass off the boat dock), a 74 ft viewing dock with a sitting area (seasonal). The beach leads into a shallow sandy swimming area, perfect for families to soak up the sun and create summer memories. You will also have a charcoal grill, fire pit, deck overlooking the lake with a table, chairs, and hammock chairs (seasonal). Outdoor spaces are shared with our other listing.

Water Access - Boating: Water levels fluctuate year to year, be
mindful when navigating the bay and channel.

Indoor space: 880 square feet, a gas stove (fireplace), dining table, Smart TV with Roku, and board games/books.

Kitchen: Reverse osmosis filtered water tap, dishwasher & detergent, fridge, oven with electric stovetop, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, cooking basics, dishware and kid's dinnerware, and flatware.

General: Free WiFi, zoned heating, A/C in main living area, ceiling and portable fans, washer/dryer & detergent, linens/towels, complimentary toiletries, hair dryer, and paper products.

Note: The property includes two exterior security cameras on the east side of the property. The cameras actively record video and audio. Stairs are required for access.

Parking: 2-3 cars/trailer max can park in the driveway directly in front of the garage.

- Firewood (can be purchased at nearby gas stations)
- Sunscreen, bug spray, and Benadryl spray

- Absolutely no indoor smoking/vaping
- Designated outdoor smoking/vaping area marked by garage
- No illicit drug use
- No pets allowed (due to owner's allergies)
- No events, parties, or large gathering
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am
- Top bunkbed limited to one person and no children under 6
- The property is right next to the water. Children must be closely monitored.
