Rest easy in our thoughtfully designed bedrooms, each offering a private retreat for relaxation. The Yellowstone House comfortably hosts up to 17 guests with its 4 king en-suites (each with a private bathroom) and a custom-built bunk room featuring 3 queen beds, 3 twin beds, and a private bathroom with dual shower rooms.

Each bedroom is equipped with brand-new Casper mattresses for a rejuvenating sleep. Enjoy the convenience of your own full bathroom, 8-foot sliding glass doors leading to a private deck, and a smart TV in each room. Blackout curtains ensure a restful night or you can catch up on your favorite shows.

The primary bedroom offers ultimate comfort with its spacious layout and cozy lounging couch. The luxurious en-suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower with double shower heads and a freestanding bathtub for a relaxing experience.

The kitchen, ideal for culinary enthusiasts, features top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, including an 8-burner stove, double oven, two built-in refrigerators, and two bottom freezers. With designer touches like locally reclaimed barnwood and custom oak cabinetry, this kitchen is both beautiful and practical. The island seats 6, and the dining table accommodates 10.

Store your provisions in the dual pantry and laundry room, which includes two washers, two dryers, and a separate powder room for added convenience.

The custom-built bunk room is a favorite for families and friends, with three queen beds below and three twin beds above, along with a private bathroom, two showers, a smart TV, and outdoor access—perfect for late-night fun and shared experiences.

Set in a secluded haven, The Yellowstone House provides modern amenities such as internet access throughout, heating, and A/C (a rare find in Island Park). Enjoy the covered back deck, which spans the length of the house and allows you to appreciate the outdoors year-round.

The expansive circular driveway not only offers a grand entrance but also a practical solution for parking trailers and outdoor toys. Designed for easy access, it accommodates vehicles of all sizes without the hassle of tight turns. For those with electric vehicles, we offer Tesla chargers upon request. Please note, our remote location is approximately 45 minutes from the West Yellowstone entrance.

Enjoy snowshoeing, cross-country ski trails, ice fishing, hot tubbing, sledding, snowmobiling, Yellowstone snowmobiling, tubing. Mesa Falls is amazing in the winter for snowmobiling, and so is Johnny Sack Cabin.

- Well-trained, housebroken pets are welcome. Dogs only. Must be over the age of 18 months and vaccinated. Dogs may not be left alone in the home unless crated, there is a crate available for use. $35 per dog, per night. Dogs only, no cats due to the owner's severe cat allergies. Due to insurance policy breeds with a bite history may not stay at the property. No dogs with a personal bite history are permitted. This is an insurance limitation and not negotiable. When booking please message with the dog's age, vaccination status, and breed.

Please note that we do not provide baby gates and do not allow them to be pressure-mounted due to damage to tongue and groove.

NOTE: Guests are required to sign a rental agreement, send a photo ID that matches the name of the primary booker, credit card holder and signor on the rental agreement, along with a guest list within 48 hours of booking. Failure to complete these tasks will result in cancellation of the booking and cancellation policies will be upheld.
