This luxurious 4000 sq. ft. water front cabin is the perfect place for families to get together. With 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a game room with extra sleeping space, your family will have plenty of room to spread out. Bring your boat and park it on your own private boat dock. Kayaks and paddleboards are provided to add to your outdoor fun. There is a community boat launch nearby the cabin. At night enjoy the large firepit were you can make S'more memories. Garbage pick up is provided. This beautiful three-level waterfront cabin that sits on Island Park Reservoir is perfect for the large family getaway. Located 35 minutes to the West entrance of Yellowstone National Park. The main level has an open concept kitchen, living and dining area, master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, another full bathroom, and a mudroom with a washer and dryer. The upper level has 2 bedrooms and a loft that has a 75" TV, plenty of seating and a full bathroom. There is a large balcony off the loft. This is a great place to start your day with a great view of the water. One of the bedrooms has a fun loft area that is perfect for children. It includes two toddler sized beds and an area to play games. The lower level has 2 bedrooms and a full bath and a large entertainment room. The entertainment room has a foosball table, a table to play games on, three bean bags for seating, three hide-a-bed ottomans for extra sleeping space, a 65" Smart TV for streaming television and movies (YouTube Provided) a gaming system, and DVD player. The inside is cooled by central Air Conditioning. Outside there is a large private boat dock, a fire pit and 5 picnic tables. There are 5 kayaks, 1 Paddle board, 1 petal boat, and life jackets provided for guest use. Additionally there are 5 bicycles of all sizes to ride around the cabin and neighborhood. This is the perfect place if you have a boat. You will have your own private dock at the cabin with a community boat launch in the neighborhood. No boat, no problem, local businesses nearby on the water rent boats, and other water crafts. After a full day of playing you can enjoy a fire and make S'mores over the large fire pit. Island Park has over 500 miles of ATV recreational trails that you can access right from the cabin. Local companies rent ATV's and UTV's. Please visit our guidebook for our recommendations. Most cabins in Island Park have guests bring their trash to the local landfill, however, trash pick up is provided with this cabin. Guest can access the entire cabin, garage, property and waterfront, including docks. We live full in Island Park so we are available anytime. Limelight Lodge is surrounded by area attractions like, Big Springs ( the start of the snake river), Mesa Falls, and the famous Yellowstone National Park. Outdoor activities include, Henry's Lake for fishing and Island Park Reservoir for boating, jet skiing, and fishing. Floating the North Fork of the Snake River on rafts, paddle boards and kayaks. Hiking at Harriman State Park, Horseback riding, Atv, Utv and dirt biking. The area has hundreds of miles for exploring. We can help get you in touch local rental agencies and Tom is a licensed guide in Island Park. The cabin is in a subdivision with strict speed limits and quiet time of 10pm-6am. People in the neighborhood enjoy their space and quiet so please respect any posted rules. Please be respectful of the neighbors and the neighborhoods posted rules especially the 10 mph speed limit and noise.
