«Staff was friendly and responsive. Super low-key environment. Clean and as desribed. If you're looking for classy resort go somewhere else,but if you're traveling with kids it's perfect! One night some folks got loud at the pool and the managment dealt with in in 10 minutes. They have wagons, umbrellas, bbq, etc all for free use »

Great ubicacion, property very nicely clean in and out, The room equipped with everything we need for our stay and more...great stuff..a very nice small swimming pool...Propeety 5-7 minutes walking from the Villas, where restaurants, shops, cool night life is. «Upon arriving at the resort, found this place to be charming. Our room had a kitchenette with small dining table and 4 chairs, 2 queen beds - which were very comfortable and a nice bathroom. The court yard was lovely! The pool was nice as well! Beach access about a 3-4 minute walk away from the resort. Lastly, I want to give a shoutout to the staff in the office. They could not have been nicer! Plan on booking another stay at Captive Beach resort next year. »

«The A/C worked fine. There was dish soap but nothing to wash dished with. No sponge or cloth. No dish towels. No hot pads. No spoons. Only 2 little salad forks. One glass. Wine opener but no wine glasses. No bath mat. No rugs at all. Only one hand towel. 2 bath towels and 2 wash clothes were of extremely poor quality, very thin. One sofa than had seen much better days, very uncomfortable, and no other furniture in living area. No end tables, lamps or chairs. This property could be so cute but is ...

«Yes parking was good. Kitchen was well equipped. Pool was great other than the acorns. Floors in the bungalow could of used a good mopping. Brad who answered the phone was alwsys pleasant and willing to help in anyway. Would definitely stay again. Actually trying to put together a family trip and rent all the bungalows. »

Still waiting for reimbursement of $350 extra insurance they required. I’ve never had to provide a copy of the insurance before. Also lied about the need for an Ez pass @ $10.99/ day. Claimed we couldn’t pay at the toll booth. Not true. Took photos to prove. They are not returning my calls. Several travelers ...
