«It was definitely the hospitality. Paige was so welcoming and informative and helpful at our arrival. Everything was in perfect shape. When an unforeseeable issue arose, she immediately offered assistance above and beyond the call of duty to rectify the issue. And the result of her efforts was a complete success - she didn’t stop until it was solved. Thank you so much Paige! It’s no wonder my sister from Illinois comes here so often. «The A/C worked fine. There was dish soap but nothing to wash dished with. No sponge or cloth. No dish towels. No hot pads. No spoons. Only 2 little salad forks. One glass. Wine opener but no wine glasses. No bath mat. No rugs at all. Only one hand towel. 2 bath towels and 2 wash clothes were of extremely poor quality, very thin.
