«Hotel was nice, but not a 5-star resort. Probably a 4-star at best. Jacuzzi was HOT (nice), about half an hour drive outside of downtown Bariloche, which was a little far. You have to register with the security gate to get access in and out. The gym equipment (all 3 bikes) were broken, which is a maintenance failure on their part. Overall nice stay but I'd stay closer to downtown next time to save the effort.»

«We enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is within walking distance of the town centre, restaurants etc. The hotel itself is beautiful with a splendid view of the lake. Our room was very nice and had a lake view. This was very important as the rooms are not air conditioned. Opening the windows reduced the room temperature somewhat, but at least a fan should be installed. However, we were first offered a room facing the other way.
