You can find restaurants within walking distance, but we recommend renting a car or bicycles to explore the island to the fullest.

This Villa is located on a tranquil area, on the way to the south of the island. You have a private pool in the house and a large shared pool in the condo. The condo is exclusive with only 5 villas and two apartments.

Distribution of beds and bathrooms:

Room 1 (Upstairs): 1 quen size bed + 1 double bed with air conditioning
Room 2 (Upstairs): 2 single beds with air conditioning
Living Room (Downstairs): Two sofas turned into single matress with air conditioning.
Living Room (Upstairs): One double sofa bed, no air conditioning.
Bathrooms: 3 full (Two upstairs and 1 downstairs)

**Both rooms and main living room have airconditioning, second living room between bedrooms doesnt have air conditioning.

Important Note: In this haven of peace and a family atmosphere, we seek to preserve everyone's tranquility, so parties or loud noises/music are not allowed at night.

Your stay includes a cleaning before your arrival and another at the end of your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, we will be happy to arrange it for an extra cost. We just need you to let us know in advance so we can schedule it.

We will ask for IDS before your arrival. We always try to have our hosts welcome you on your arrival.

We ask you to follow the rules for better coexistence with neighbors and the entire environment:

- The reservation is only for registered guests, no visitors or extra guests, nor pets are allowed.
- Please do not smoke inside the property or consume illegal substances.
- The use of speakers is only inside the property, during the day, at a moderate volume and with doors and windows closed.
- Please do not use the towels to wipe off your makeup or suntan lotion.
- The toilets in the area do not support papers inside the bowl and also to protect the environment we ask you not to throw them or any other object because they can become clogged and contaminate a lot.
- We are not allowed to hang towels or clothes on balconies or windows in view of neighbors.
- We ask that you do not leave garbage in common areas or outside the apartment, if you do not know where to throw the garbage please ask us.
- A swimsuit is mandatory to use the pool. Hours are from 8 am to 8 pm.
- We are not allowed to bring food, glass containers or glasses, cigarettes and balloons to the pool area.

**Please take care of our air conditioning and do not turn it on if you are not home or if you have windows or doors open.
