Book this hotel with caution. We stayed here for nine days, and every single day, we encountered an issue. The service at this hotel is 5 out of 10.Unfortunately, the hotel overall rates a 6 out of 10. Each day, I was disappointed with the hotel, particularly in terms of service and amenities.The aesthetics of this hotel are beautiful, and the beachfront is stunning. The servers are all great and doing their best but being managed poorly.“Breakfast is included,” except it actually isn’t. Only certain items are included, and even fresh-pressed juice is not part of it.I booked this hotel because they offered free breakfast.
They claim the rooftop pool has full service, but that is incorrect. There were never any towels available up there, and the servers didn’t come by. After waiting 20 to 30 minutes, I had to go down to the beach and grab my own towels. I requested service, but no one came. The towels never smelled fresh; they smelled like fried food. The water in the shower was never hot enough. There were flies everywhere, and the hotel did nothing about them. This is a luxury hotel, and having flies buzzing around is not indicative of luxury. Every restaurant we visited in town made sure we weren’t bothered by them. This hotel did nothing about it. Lack of sun chairs, the layout of the rooms also makes no sense the closet is too small and there are no dressers in the room but there are two large tables one for office work the other one not sure what for!
