«Writing this review to quiet some of the concerns of the previous reviewer… this rental was amazing! First, the views cannot be beat and the outdoor deck living space is just wonderful. It is the highest location in this particular spot of Basti, with amazing views and a breeze. It’s basically a very unique tropical jungle treehouse high above the town. «We had an absolutely amazing trip, even with less than perfect weather. The house felt like home for a week. Great hosts, great staff, great food. A comfortable place in the jungle, away from it all. We were a lively group of eight, ranging in age from 16 to older than that, and everyone loved it. Dan (the chef) accommodated vegan and picky eaters and even made a fantastic dessert to celebrate a birthday.
