Saludos, te falto contar la razon. Marcaste 4 huespuedes y trataste de entrar a 6 pesonas. El precio no es el mismo y se te explico eso y querias entrar a mas personas sin pagar. Eso es costumbre de muchos visitantes es por personas como ustedes que ya casi toda las propiedades vacaciones cuentan con camras de seguridad para permitir el exceso de personas y danos a la propiedad. Preferimos que nos renten y nos digan al realidad de los invitados. Los huespuedes que hacen las cosas como deben ser la pasan bien. Asi que por favor no traten de continuar haciendo esto, no solo en esto si no en otras propiedaes vacacionales.La entrada y salidad es tal como esta especificado en las paginas es la hora universal y ustedes tenian conocimiento de esto. Si desean entrarmas temprano deben solicitarlo y hay un early or late check out fee. No es obligatorio pero ustedes llegaron alas 3 p.m y querian entrar a esa hora a la fuera, es bien triste cuando abusan de los servicios bien explicados y ofrecidos. Esperamos que vean las normas y las sigan.

Nos hubiera gustado que hubieras sido especifico con a que mejoras te refieres, porque el apartamento esta al dia completo y es remodelado recientemente pero siempre nos gusta escuchar otras puntos de vista. Pero si, gracias por tu estadia. Tenemos en los afueras al lado del gasebo, area para ducharse antes de entrar. A/C en todo el apartamento toallas y sabanas extras y articulos de playa para niños para su uso. Los esperamos en un futuro.

We are very grateful for this review because this customer complained that we have our well written and detailed rules and that normal customer like. It indicates that there are security cameras, and it is correct they are outside the apartment and this makes guests feel safe, the same happens in hotels and cruises there are always cameras to ensure the safety of guests, guests who are not going to do anything wrong should not worry about this, but if there are guests with intentions of harming the property or are then these are the ones that should be worried. The apartment is as it is in the photos and the other reviews can confirm it, in addition, we include air conditioning in the living room and kitchen, therefore they have full air throughout the apartment. Therefore all serious and responsible guests are welcome to our beach apartment.

Gracias Jose. Nosotros incluso somos unos de los pocos apartamentos que constan con cisterna de agua para los huéspedes ya que el el área oeste ahora mismo se va el agua un dia si y otro no. Y con esa inversión nuestros huéspedes están tranquilos.

Que bueno que le haya gustado. La playa esta a 30 segundos caminado y por eso le gusta mucho a los huespuedes y mas que tienes el paseo tablado de Isabela cerca que vas caminado y llegas a Poso de Jacinto .
