My family and I loved staying at Casa Arenales. The host gave clear instructions on how to get to the property since it was a little tricky finding it if you arent from the area but with the specific instructions we were able to find it with ease. House was clean and the ac’s worked wonderful. The area was very quiet and the house was well kept. I would definitely stay here again!

Property was great. Great location. About 5 minutes from local Walmart and supermarket. Nice and quiet area. Loved the home. Would highly recommend if you are traveling to Isabela.

Everything was excellent Its very relaxing I loved the walmart and other stores are 5 to 7 minutes away I have put this property as my favorite I will definitely go back for my next vacation What I didn’t like is that the microwave was heating the food the first day i got there

Básicamente no te ofrecen cosas para tu estadía. Ni siquiera papel toalla. Creo que es un poco costoso para lo que ofrecen.

Saludos, todo lo que ofrece la casa esta puesta en la descripcion de la propiedad y en las amenidades, todo lo que esta anotado de ofrece como TV de 60" Smart TV, con netflix, internet wifi para las personas. Casa con 100% Aire acondicionado, no solo en los cuartos sino en la sala y cocina, marquesina doble para dos autos que incluso pueden hacer actividiades. Agua caliente, cocina amueblada en PVC completaremodelada con todo para cocinar, toallas limpias para todas las personas, jabones y handsoap en los 2 banos incluso hand soap en la cocina, micro honda grande de 1,200 watts, horno para cocinar, colcas para las camas y sabanas nuevas, detergentes para mapear y escobas y mapos por si desean mapear durante su estadia. Asi que estamos 100% cumpliendo con todo lo del listado.

Master bedroom doesn’t have A/C! They have three bedrooms but the only functioning unit is the room with bunk beds. Signs posted through out the house stating they don’t advertise A/C. If you’re looking to burn massive calories and suffer heart exhaustion then this is the place to be!!!

This review is an invalid one. the guests confused the day of check in and arrived the next day, and when they asked to stay they were told that it was rented. At those times they had to leave the property. They dishonestly conducted this review for the purpose of harm, when the confusion was theirs. It is sad that they take advantage of these means to tell lies. The property has all the airs working. They are in perfect condition, they are new inverter units, we even have them in the living room and kitchen. The house is 100% with A / C

Gracias, si son 3 cuartos cómodos y la cocina es nueva de PVC una cocina para toda la vida con luces led. También nuestra marquesina es grande para 2 carros e incluso pueden realizar reuniones de familia en la misma. Pueden reservar en confianza nuevamente.

Yes, you want to hear the little birds and the coquis and the tranquility of not being in the city, but at the same time being close by car, this is the property. It is a dead-end street therefore it is a safe street, the house has windows and security doors, we felt safe.

La casa está muy apartada en una loma y es complicada la llegada por el deterioro de las vías, los colchones son pésimos se siente las tablas, no descansamos, salimos magullados.

Ustedes intentaron entrar mas personas de lo permitido sin querer pagar mas por tanto se molestaron cuando se les llamo la antencion. Este review no refleja la verdad de la propiedad. Nuestra casa esta en Isabela de tras de Walmart y las vías están en buen estado (y si estuvieran malas nosotros no tenemos la culpa de eso porque es el estado el que pavimente las calles), asi que no se de que vías hablan y tenemos una cama King con Matre Serta. Tenemos Aires en los cuartos Invertes, una cocina en PVC nueva, 2 banos enchapados hasta arriba, videte en uno de los banos un TV de 60" Acceso a Internet Satelital, estamos en una calle sin salida por tanto es muy seguro ya que solo pasa transito local y no tenemos vecinos en los lados ni en la parte trasera lo cual hace que sea mas augusto la estadía.

The property is amazing, super clean and had everything that we needed. The owner promptly answered all the questions we had. The area is Beautiful. My kids had an amazing time. I recommend it to anyone who needs a vacation home. I would definitely book with them again on my next trip. Great job guys!! ♥️

Nice place
It was a nice place to be with family and/or friends. It would be better if all rooms are equipped with a/c. Needs a little of maintenance, but the house was acceptable and spacious. Owner was kind and available at all times.

Gracias por el review, a muchos le gusta nuestra propiedad porque tenemos wifi satelital y por tanto siempre tenemos ya que no dependemos de lineas de telefono para esto. Tambien por la cercania al mall de Plaza Isabela donde pueden hacer todas las compras en tienda y supermercados.
