My issue with this property is the cleanliness. When I got my room, I called front desk and told them that the room was not clean. I asked them to focus on the bathroom, BUT I did say that the ROOM was not clean. So, when I came back, I noticed that the bathroom cleaning was just surface level. AND the hand print on the window, the food crumbs on the couch were still there. The cleaning is VERY surface level, they don't even change the bed sheets. I am not sure they even change the used towels. The same towels that I used were folded and put back to their original place. Overall the cleanliness issue really pissed me off because I was staying at THE HYATT and it was EXPENSIVE. Obviously, there are no refund options. So, this is a warning to all my germaphobes out there or to anyone who cares about sleeping in a clean room.
That said, the front desk were very nice and considerate. Especially Miriam, she even gave me a refillable water bottle.
