Little O'L Town-Cozy Rustic Western Town, private cabins. Great for GROUPS!

Rent the entire town! Offering four individual sleep cabins the Bank, Sheriff, Barber, and Hotel accommodating a total of 16 guests. Common area cabin includes the "Big O’L Saloon" equipped with a full furnished kitchen, half bath, with plenty of seating, and the "Big O'L Pavilion" for grilling and hanging out. The centrally located "Outhouse" has two heated private full baths.

The space
Welcome to our western town! Step back in time and settle into our cozy rustic wild west-inspired cabins located within a few steps of each other on Little O'L Town Road making it perfect for groups who want their own space.
"The Bank" Cabin has plenty of space-Sleeps 4 comfortably offering a California King Bed, Full Size Sofa Sleeper, sitting area, checkerboard table, Keurig, armoire, TV, heater, fireplace, air conditioning, back patio with grill and seating. Rollaway Cot Bed available upon request.
"The Barber Shop" Cabin sleeps 4 comfortably with a plush Queen bed, futon, table and chairs for two, dresser, TV, ceiling fan, heater and front patio with picnic table.
"The Sheriff" Cabin sleeps 4 comfortably with a plush Queen bed, Futon, table and chairs for two, dresser, desk, TV, ceiling fan, heater and front patio with picnic table. Jailcell included!
"The Hotel" Cabin sleeps 6 comfortably, very spacious, includes a Queen, Twin and a Full/Twin bunk bed. TV, dresser, table and chairs for four, rocker recliner, heat, air conditioning, front porch seating and door that leads to the pavilion.
"The Saloon" is the place to hang out! Offers three bars for plenty of seating, swinging doors, backbar to showcase your moonshine, table with 6 chairs, fully stocked kitchen, microwave, full size fridge and stove, Keurig, ice maker, drink (beer) fridge, storage chest full of games, TV, blue tooth speaker, and a door that leads to the pavilion.
"The Big O'L Pavilion" gets the grillin done! Has an extra-large gas Grill, Blackstone griddle, cooler on wheels, bar with stools, 2-picnic tables, and a barrel table with chairs. Finding a seat will not be an issue!
"The Big O'L Firepit" includes 6 chairs, you may want to bring your own bag chair. If there is firewood by the pit use it (we have a ton)! If you run out the store across the street sells it.
"The Outhouse" has two full baths with a demand hot water so you won't run out!
"The Tipi" Our decorative Indian tipi adds and authentic touch to your experience. Feel free to go inside, hangout, or use it for a photo op just no sleeping or FIRES in it please.

Guest access
You will have access to all the cabins, common areas and fields for parking trailers. There is a couple sheds and a camper on site "out back" away from the town that is off limits. It's our parents but no worries they do not stay there when booked.

Most of all we want you and your crew to have fun, treat the property like it's your own and appreciate the little details and hard work we (our family) have put into creating "Little O'L Town". We are really excited that you are considering booking with us so we can show it off. lol
