Welcome to Villa Bodestin, a large family home of 175 m² located in Lochrist, in a quiet and green environment. Ideal for up to 10 people (maximum 8 adults), it offers beautiful volumes and a perfect setting for stays with family or friends.

The house has a large convivial living room, opening onto a 60 m² terrace, ideal for outdoor dining and moments of relaxation. It has 5 bedrooms, including a master suite with balcony, as well as 2 bathrooms and 4 toilets, allowing everyone to enjoy their space.

The kitchen is fully equipped to cook easily on site: Nespresso machine, coffee maker, oven, microwave, as well as many appliances for convivial meals (raclette, fondue, crepe maker, plancha...). Everything is planned to share good times.

The house stands out for the richness of its equipment and activities on site: bicycles, scooters, kayaks, beach equipment, outdoor games, children's table football, darts, as well as a wide choice of board games. Sports equipment is also available (treadmill, elliptical).

The accommodation has Wi-Fi, several TVs with access to the main platforms, as well as bed linen and towels.

The villa is located in Lochrist, in an ideal area to enjoy nature and outdoor activities.

Just a 5-minute drive away, you will find the West Wake Park, one of the largest wakeboarding spots in Brittany. The banks of the Blavet River, which can also be reached in a few minutes, can be enjoyed kayaking, paddle boarding or simply walking along the water's edge.PGJyPg
Hiking and cycling enthusiasts will find many routes nearby. Fishing, water activities and nature walks are easily accessible.

The beaches of the south coast of Brittany are about 20 to 25 minutes away by car, especially around Larmor-Plage and the harbour of Lorient.

In summer, the region is very dynamic with many events, including the famous Interceltic Festival of Lorient, which can be reached in about 20 minutes. Markets, concerts and local events also punctuate the season.

In the immediate vicinity, Hennebont (5 minutes) offers shops, restaurants and markets.
