Room operations. Lighting was wired wrong. Switches did not operate light. Clock was wired to lights. Shower water would not get hot. Lukewarm at max. Dead bolt would not engage into strike plate. Bed squeaks. Only horizontal blinds on window. No black out. Cigarette butts in grass and flower beds. Call to front desk but no answer. This place is only 8 months old. Surprised these items were never reported or corrected.

Property was clean, which was a plus! Absolutely no frills for the price though...including no ice machine anywhere and no blow dryer in room. Also, while there was a kitchenette, there were no kitchen items to use unless you "rented" from the front desk.

Super basic accommodations- but very clean and tidy. Towels in the bathroom are child size, that’s probably the one area they could make a nice improvement on. The staff is a bit less professional. Checking out, you can hear them talking in the back room. This morning I was greeted with multiple expletives from conversations with staff members. Otherwise, great and enjoyable stay!

No coffee in room . Just very small cups in lobby. Then open a very heavy door with cups of coffee in your hand first thing in the morning. This is just not right.

Property was quite basic. Beds were bit soft. Only shampoo and one bar of soap. No conditioner or lotion. Poor lighting. Would probably not stay again. The desk staff was nice.

Brand new hotel, we stayed March 2024. Little confused staff at check in even though we had reservations, and same with check out be we figured it’s a new hotel so they are still figuring things out. All of the staff were super friendly & helpful. Walking distance to downtown and two blocks to Citrus Hospital. The rooms were clean. Our only complaint was the bed, which was on a flimsy cot style frame and terrible uncomfortable mattress. No pool, wish it had a pool.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the area. You can easily walk to dinner. Local restaurants were good. Walgreens was walkable as well. The room was clean. The water was hot anytime we used it, so not sure why someone stayed otherwise. It was easy to travel to other areas for sightseeing. We stayed 5 nights.

Great Staff. Uncomfortable Stay.
New building. Had a peculiar smell to it.Building is settling and my door was hard to open and even harder to lock.walls are paper thin. I was there for five nights. I listened to either talking or snoring from other rooms for 3 out of five. The rooms have kitchenetts and someone cooked something that smelled awful and found its way into my room where it stayed. Although the hotel is new,it is obvious it was done on the cheap with low grade materials. I had hot water in the sink and only warm in the shower. I even tried to stagger the times i used it to see if capacity was the issue.nope.

Never been in a hotel where you throw out the room garbage, usually maid service does that. Hotel was clean and mostly quiet. Laundry was convenient and restaurants we in walkinv distance. I would stay again

Nothing fancy about it but the convenience is amazing! This hospital is walking distance to the hospital and is perfect for stays to care for family/friends recovering. It is also walking distance to the downtown shopping and several great restaurants/bars. The staff was very nice and professional. I had to extend my stay a few times and they made it super easy. Overall I really enjoyed my stay while going through a rough experience with a family member in the hospital. Also, having a laundry room was super nice since extending my stay meant I ran out of clean clothes.

Friendly staff
Kathy at the front desk was phenomenal and helped when my reservation wasn’t loading. She was so friendly and professional. Rooms are so nice. Bed mattress is a little uncomfortable but great stay aside from that
