A studio is also located on this level, featuring 1 double bed, a shower with WC, and a flat screen television, with direct access to the garden. A separate shower room and an independent WC complete the ground floor facilities.

On the upper floor, an open living room with a flat screen television and a wood-burning stove serves as the central gathering space. The kitchen is open plan and fully equipped.
