Dette er en pub med noen rom over. Resepsjonsområdet er også bardisken. Jeg ble først tildelt et utrivelig rom, men heldigvis fikk jeg byttet til et som var koseligere og som ikke lå like over baren. Det er veldig lytt mellom rommene. Jeg brukte derfor ikke tv mens jeg var der. WiFi er ustabilt. Det er ikke kjøleskap eller safe på rommene. Dørkortet deaktiveres tydeligvis hver dag. Renhold av rom er på forespørsel. Rommet ble ikke gjort rent på verken dag to eller dag tre, selv om jeg sa fra om det på morgenen og personen i baren skrev ned romnummeret. På dag tre sa jeg fra til renholderen og pekte på døren, mens jeg sa at rommet ikke hadde blitt rengjort dagen før. Jeg ble henvist til resepsjonen. Standardunnskyldningen ser ut til å være at gjesten ikke har sagt fra. Imens øker både håndklær og søppel, og dokost finnes ikke. Personalet i baren ser tidvis ut til å trives på et utested. Bare så synd at de har glemt at de er ansatt. Jeg blir som regel møtt med rygger vendt mot meg eller noen som taster ivrig på mobilen. Ved en anledning kom en tredje av de ansatte forbi på vei til kjøkkenet med servise, og ropte "dude at the reception". Jeg er ikke en "fyr", jeg er en betalende kunde. Frokostbuffeten er plassert på et lite område, og er kun presentabel dersom man er tidlig. Siste dag var jeg sen, og det så lite apetittelig ut. En fra kjøkkenet kom ut og utbrøt "animals". Jeg forstår ikke hvorfor dette utestedet har fått de stjernene. De kan umulig være som overnattingssted.

Nice hotel and a very friendly staff.
Nice and clean rooms and helpful and friendly service. Close to everything and easy access if you arrive by train. Lack of ac can be a problem if the weather is hot.

The hotel was nice inside and the staff was very helpful, however they have a bar open 24hrs and we were on the first floor and could not sleep. They were people drinking until 3:00 in morning laughing and talking really loud. Bed was really hard and the pillow s were terrible woke up with neck pain. I don’t think it is worth it for the price.

Could not fault this hotel! Great value for money. Amazing staff. 12pm check out!! Spacious rooms and very clean. 5 minute walk to train station and walkable to bars/restaurants etc. The shower was my favourite.

The Pentahotel Inverness is centrally located and surrounded by eateries, pubs, stores and historical landmarks. It is very convenient even if you only have a day or two to spend in Inverness. Both the bus and train station are located very close to the hotel.

We're pretty local and were using Penta as a base for a night out in town as the train connections late are rubbish. The hotel was super stylish, with a large bar in the middle, pool tables, and comfortably seating areas. Staff were very helpful and we had a very large room with an enormous bathroom. For the rate we paid (£60 for the night between us) it was an absolute bargain!

Do not stay here. They stole my money and cancelled my booking and were happy to do it! My partner and I got caught in a storm and there was no possible way to make our acomodation as all rail, highways, and flights were stopped. After informing the hotel that we would be heavily delayed, they informed us the booking could not be cancelled. So we told them we would arrive as soon as possible (They were paid in full). When we arrived we found out that they canceled our room, took full payment, refused a refund under any circumstances, and also never offered any kind of an apology. And sold our room to other guests. They never notified us that they cancelled the room and we still have no documentation that they did so, meaning we can’t even use our travel insurance for a refund. After reviewing the hotels terms and conditions. storms and flooding are grounds for a refund but they said that it’s not their problem and the manager Charlie angus was laughing that he doesn’t have to give us a refund because of a string of technicalities. He told us that the storm that caused a national emergency in Scotland was only a yellow level event and not a red level event so the terms of penta hotels don’t apply, he also told us that because we booked through Expedia his terms don’t apply, even tho Expedia also refused a refund because of penta hotels terms. Expedia should not offer these hotels on its service, they stole our money and were happy to do it.

My son and i had an overnight stay due to connection for buses and ferries and we were delighted with the hot, staff were extremely friendly and helpful, our room had a double bed but it got changed to a twin it was warm in our room beds very comfy hotel was beautiful and we thoroughly e joyed our stay

This was a very well located hotel, the staff were exceptionally friendly and we really appreciated their work. We had made an error when booking our room and they were able to get us into an appropriate room despite their system being down - all while making conversation and recommendations for around Inverness. The room was clean and comfortable. Would recommend this stay.

My first room was lovely and clean but the TV was not working so the moved me room with a working TV, but what looked like blood on the carpet stained seating and carpet hair on the counter in the bath room

Great stay. No parking on site, but Rose Street Multi is very close by and easily accessible. Dinner reasonable and a great and generous breakfast. All staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was spacious, clean, warm without being too hot, and despite being centrally located, the room was quiet. Recommended.
