- 24/7 Assistance: Our goal is to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We do not live on the property, but you can reach us 24/7 via text if you need us for any reason.


PARKING
You will have access to a dedicated underground parking spot during your stay. There are additional visitor parking spots in the outdoor parking lot if needed.


PANORAMA TRANSPORTATION
The shuttle to Panorama Ski Hill runs 9 times per day in the winter months. It will pick you up at the Dairy Queen located just behind the condo complex. The first shuttle is at 9:10 AM. The last shuttle of the day returns at 10:45 PM.

CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.

Located just minutes from Invermere’s downtown core it also offers the peace and quiet you’d expect from a mountain and lakeside vacation, complete with its million-dollar views.

When you stay with us you’ll be close to:

James Chabot Beach: Enjoy the convenience of beach access, where you’ll find plenty of picnic tables for eating with the family, shallow water, making it perfect for swimming with the kids and ample space to launch a kayak or stand-up paddle board.

Radium Hot Springs: Take a dip in the hot springs and relax while soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling brand new. An experience you won’t want to miss.

The Whiteway: A 30km multi-use trail groomed for both cross-country skiing and skating. It was granted the world record as the world’s longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records.

Greywolf Golf Course: Enjoy this world-renowned course ranked among the top 15 best courses in Canada, perfectly positioned against the backdrop of the Purcell mountains. Also close by are Windermere Valley Golf Course, The Ridge at Copper Point & Eagle Ranch Golf Course.

The Farmer’s Market: Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning this summer at our town’s local market.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.


HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 7 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. Although pets are permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest`s name on the reservation.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

My elderly mom, my two kids and myself had a wonderful stay at the condo. The communication was great and the access was easy. The underground parking made it much easier for my mom as she can’t walk easily. The place was extra clean and had everything we needed without being crowded. My kids really appreciated the two separate beds in the kids bedroom (and so did I). We hope to be back again!

A great place to stay. We visited with our young family and they had amenities for the kids - a high chair, toddler potty seat and stool, and kids plates bowls and cutlery. The pool is right outside of the door which is great, and the beach is next door and just about a 5 minute walk. Lots of space with having the 3 bedrooms. We would definitely recommend!

Relaxing Family Long Weekend

Well equipped, clean and comfortable rental for your Invermere based vacation. First, you cannot beat this condo for check in experience. Everything we needed was provided in advance so it could be shared across the 2 drivers. We were able to quickly unload and load vehicles directly in to the condo through the patio before moving the cars to the one assigned parking spot and the ample visitor parking.The condo layout is perfect for large families with a master suite on one side of the living space and 2 bedrooms on the other side. The side patio is fenced so we could sit with the dogs out there without tying them up. There was so much outdoor seating which we loved. My only feedback would be to provide a 7th dining room chair when a condo sleeps 7. Beds were comfy, lots of pillows were provided as well as throw blankets on each bed which was perfect for an afternoon nap. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and it was nice to run the dishwasher because it was full and not because there were only 7 cups and the kids had used them all in the first hour of the day. Cleaning supplies were also provided so we could keep the floors clean which was great.

Great stay

Super modern large condo with 3 awesome bed rooms. Right across the road from the pool was amazing. Would recommend this place 10/10 times. The one note I’ll say is the beds are a bit firmer than we would like but that’s a very small point.

Great condo, quick walk to lake and town!

This condo was large enough for 7 of us to stay, clean and well kept. Nice being on the ground floor with 2 patios, and extra door to go directly outside, or to head to the beach or pool which was right off the living area patio! (See picture)

We stayed 4 days here. The apartment was clean, kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances we needed, all the baby accessories we needed. We loved the location, just a short walk to the beach, right next to the pool, close to restaurants. Overall a wonderful place to stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location

From booking to check out, Jerrod and Chelsey were the perfect hosts! Their communications were thorough and questions were answered quickly. They were very accommodating and friendly. The location was perfect for proximity to the pool and hot tubs as well as walkable to various food and drink establishments. Clean Comfortable stay

This condo is well appointed, clean and comfortable. Our family of 4 stayed with the grandparents and there was ample room. The kitchen has everything you need. My mother has a walker, and the condo was very accessible and not congested. The beds and bedding are good quality, and we were all well rested. The location was both ideal and quiet, and we really felt at home.
