Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.


CHECK-IN/OUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.

Invermere - a town that most only believes exists in fables and folklore until they come to visit. Nestled between the famed Rocky and Purcell Mountain ranges, this small town is the perfect vacation destination for any time of year on stunning Lake Windemere. The summers here offer endless water sports options, hiking, and exciting mountain adventures. In contrast, the winter provides every kind of winter sport you could imagine, from skiing to boarding and even heli-skiing. There’s also a diverse and delicious array of restaurants, spas, and other attractions to satisfy any traveller.

When you stay with us you’ll be close to

● Incredible golfing amongst the mountains: If golfing is your game or even if you think you’d like to try your hand at swinging the clubs, there’s truly no better place than Invermere. When you stay with us, you’ll be close to some of Canada’s most renowned courses, such as Copper Point Golf Club, Eagle Ranch Resort and famed Grey Wolf Golf Club, all within a short driving distance.

● Lake Windermere (1-min walk)/Kinsmen Beach (4-min drive): Plan a beach day at the private beach just steps from your front door where you can swim, paddle or boat surrounded by the mountains. Nearby is also Kinsmen Beach with a beautiful outdoor space, with picnic tables and a children’s playground.

● The Farmer’s Market (4-min drive): Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning at the Invermere Farmer’s Market.

● Radium Hot Springs (22-min drive): In just over 20 minutes, you can be at Radium’s famous natural hot springs. Here you can plan to head over with the family and experience soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

● The Whiteway (4-min walk): If you’re visiting during the winter, do not miss out on experiencing The Whiteway - a 30km multi-use trail groomed for cross-country skiing and skating. It was granted the world record as the world’s longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records. You can find an access point at Windermere Beach and Kinsmen Beach.

You can walk to downtown Invermere in a few minutes and be around some of the best restaurants in the Valley!



To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
* You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
* You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.


HOUSE RULES:
1. Please respect the neighbours and the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 6 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. Although a maximum of two (2) dogs [sorry, no cats] are permitted on the property, we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest`s name on the reservation.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Hot tub use should be restricted to 30 minutes and avoided by anyone who may be pregnant. After each use, it is the guest’s responsibility to add 1 cap of boost granules (chlorine granules) into the middle of the hot tub while the jets are turned on for 20 minutes. Please leave the lid open for 45 minutes and remember to close the lid to avoid turning it into a cold plunge! We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours following the chlorine cycle. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more than 1 site visit for maintenance and/or a full drain and refill, there will be an additional charge of $400.00.

Our family spent five days at the Salt & Stone, over the Thanksgiving weekend. We were six adults and the spacious bedrooms, luxurious bathrooms, gourmet kitchen and cozy common area were wonderful. The home was unbelievably clean, with tasteful furnishings and decorations. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and cooking utensils, everything we needed to prepare a full thanksgiving dinner. We were impressed that this was a rental property, the little extra pluses such as a wide variety of board games available, state of the art streaming devices, comfy patio furniture and the spacious garage for parking, just to mention a few, truly made it a home away from home. We appreciated that our kids could bring their dogs, making our stay a full family affair. We hope to make the Salt & Stone our go to place for future adventures.

My 4-month-old and I had the most wonderful stay in Invermere, BC. The house we booked was spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt spacious yet cozy—perfect for a little getaway with a baby. It was completely private and so peaceful, which made nap times easy and gave us both room to relax. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable lounging areas, and the surrounding scenery was breathtaking. Invermere itself was charming and quiet, with plenty of stroller-friendly spots for leisurely walks. It was the perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, and natural beauty—an ideal retreat for a parent traveling with a young baby.
