Nathan and his 3 friends looked after this little home the way all hosts would appericate. The care and attention to the tidy up was awesome. We would welcome back anytime and recommend to others. Happy travels Nathan and Co. Thank you for looking after this little home.

Clean, modern, quiet and well equipped.
Lovely wee house, spotlessly clean, so quiet. Stayed here while we attended a local dance competition. We had struggled to find accommodation as there were other events on. So glad we found this place. So much nicer than a motel! And choccie biccies on arrival were very much appreciated. Lovely helpful hosts too. We will definitely try and stay here again if we can for our next visit.

Stuart and Co did a great job looking after this little home. We always appericate the care given. We were also able to update a small but relevant error that Stuart advised us on. This was also appericated by us.

The whole experience from Cathy and hubby was outstanding. Communication 5/5. Care for the home. 5/5. House rules 5/5. Recommend without hesitation. Certainly would welcome back.

Cosy house in Invercargill
Beautiful clean, cosy house with plenty of space for three adults. Husband was especially happy about the tea selection provided! Highly recommend.

Cosy cottage
Lovely 2 bedroomed cottage. Was warm and cosy, had everything we needed. Beds were so comfortable and had electric blankets (a big plus). There was even games for children to play. Very well set up, neat, clean and tidy. Quiet area, plenty of parking space. Host's Josie and Ross were just lovely. Would book again in a heartbeat.

This is a beautifully presented property, with the owners going that extra mile to make everything as comfortable as possible, with thoughtful and appreciated special touches such as a range of teas and a tea set and biccies for your cuppa! Very happy with our stay

Very comfortable, newer house with everything we needed. We stayed only one night as we drove toward Bluff to catch the ferry to Stewart Island but wish we would have stayed longer. The house was perfect for the 2 of us but could have easily accommodated more.

Best ever
From first sight till final goodbye - just perfect. Everything was spot on. There isn't space here to list everything likeable - because everything was. I could not believe how brilliant this place was/is. If I had a chance to build a bach for myself, it would be this place. No kidding. 100%!

Clean and comfortable
A cute little home that suited us perfectly. So clean and well equipped with everything we might have needed. We were able to cook dinner for the kids and clean up tools were all there. Would highly recommend a visit to Splash Palace if you have kids. We found this in one of the awesome guides of the town left under the tv.

Best shower and bath EVER, property a tad small if you do have 5 or so ppl staying, needs to be atleast a 3 seater and a 2 seater couches. Very warm property and very tidy, lovely hosts 😊

Thank you for your review. Please ensure future host are aware of exactly how many people booked in. So hosts are properly prepared for cleaning tasks. Booking for 1 as was in this case didn't reflect the amount of cleaning needed. Also other important factors. However this little home was left tidy.

Schön eingerichtet und sauber.
Wir haben drei Nächte im "Heidelberg" verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles funktioniert tiptop und ist neuwertig. Wir können das Heidelberg auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Outstanding
This is an outstanding property with exceptional facilities. Getting around Invercargill is very easy and the owners are very helpful and pleasant. If I were to do this again, I would happily rent from the owners.
