Wonderful weekend getaway!
We loved our time at this property! Jerry was so helpful with the check in process and was available to answer any questions about the area. He provided a great check in book for the town and we dined at many of his suggestions. The apartment was clean and perfect for what our weekend needs were.

Perfect location
This location was exactly what we were looking for, it was clean and comfortable. The owners were attentive to anything we would have needed. We would definitely stay again and recommend for a White Mountain vacation.

Good location
Useful to have a kitchen area which was very well equipped as well as a table and sofa. It is a quiet location, handy for all the amenities and tourist attractions in this beautiful area. The enclosed bedroom and en suite might not suit everyone.

comfortable, attractive and affordable
We spent three nights while riding the Conway Scenic Railway and hiking. The space was quiet, functional and comfortable with a restful view from the front windows. Jerry lives upstairs and stopped by to check in on us twice but was not intrusive. Excellent internet but limited cell phone service (that's true throughout the area). The kitchen, living area, bedroom and bathroom worked well for us, but be aware that there's little counter space in the kitchen, and the shower is tiny. I would certainly stay here again.

Great Getaway!
Jerry is very hospitable and his property is incredibly well kept. It was modern and had everything you could possibly need. It is close to Storyland and a lot of other NH attractions. Jerry was very helpful and communicative and you can tell a lot of thought has gone into his rental. We plan on returning again the next time we go North!

Such a great spot!

Perfect spot for a stay
We traveled to hike Mt Washington. Didn’t really need to hang out at the rental but used it to sleep. Comfortable, quiet and clean. Will definitely return.

Weekend in the North Country
Jerry was great and the accommodations were as expected, and have everything 2 people would need for 1 night to multiple nights. Location was close to North Conway and Jackson. Check in was a breeze. The only thing I would change was it seemed a little "musty" and it felt like it could have been aired out a little, but nothing that caused any major concerns. Would stay here again in the future.

Jonathan:. I am truly sorry for that drawback. Dealing with the extreme humidity this summer has been a challenge. As you saw, I just installed a new mini split AC unit, and I should have run it more. I do believe that it will overall improve the climate control in the unit. I appreciate your comment, and it has made me look at how to use the AC unit more productively. I am happy that your overall experience was enjoyable. Jerry

We lodged here after doing the Presidential Traverse. We spent an additional week day-hiking from this outstanding base… if you love these mountains, the location is superb and the hosts even more superb.

Wonderful property, beautiful location, fantastic hosts
The property is very well equipped and lovely and includes: - Full kitchen for those who like to prepare meals - Nice sized bedroom with storage for clothes - Ice conditioning for hot and humid days The location is beautiful and quiet, and yet close to many restaurants, hiking, other recreational activities, and North Conway. Our host, Gerry, was very helpful and hospitable during our stay. We very much enjoyed our visit and highly recommend staying here. Highly recommend

Great Spot and Wonderful Hosts
We found this to be an ideal spot for our fun weekend in New Hampshire. The hosts were great and really cared about us having a wonderful experience. The unit was clean and cozy, and the location was perfect for exploring the many breweries, restaurants, shopping, and beautiful mountain scenery in the area. A+.

Unforgettable
My fiancé and I stayed here for the past few days and had an unforgettable time. Jerry is absolutely wonderful, communication was remarkable and everything was very clean. I am not at all surprised he is a premier host. If we ever find our way to this part of New Hampshire again we would absolutely stay here. Not far away from town and less than 30 minutes from Mt Washington. A lot of different options for food and shopping. Plenty of places within 15 minutes to go hiking.

A Stop on Fall Color Tour
Ideal location for exploring the White Mountains. Property located in a rural, quite, wooded setting yet close to several villages. Jerry provided great recommendations for restaurants and points of interests in the area. Truly enjoyed our stay despite the weather which none of us can control!

For me, this was a rustic "base camp" for my hiking adventures located on a beautiful street--with mountain views just up the road! The single bedroom apartment had a shower with great water pressure, a comfy bed, and more amenities than I needed. :) The hosts are the nicest people.

Nice location, Nice people
Jerry and his wife were wonderful hosts. Helpful and friendly and you couldn’t ask for nicer people. The property itself was perfect for a couple such as ourselves. My only suggestion is to make sure you keep the humidifier that’s provided running as it did have a musty smell due to the humidity. It did not take away from the wonderful time we had there and I would highly recommend this place to couples looking for a weekend getaway.

Happy with our stay!
This was the perfect little space for two of us. We spent the days hiking and the apartment was a great landing spot for overnights. Very easy check in and great communication with the property owner. The location was ideal, right outside of North Conway and about 20 minutes north to Pinkham Notch.

Perfect Stay For a Busy Weekend

A nice "weekend away" stay!
We wanted to take a weekend off from the hustle bustle of Boston. Jerry's place was perfect for a our stay closer to White Mountains, NH. He was very detail oriented and very cordial host. The direction to the location that he provided was immaculate. The place was clean and was very nicely stocked with what you might need for a home away from home experinece. The neighbourhood was quiet and very serene. The location is strategically very close to a number of attractions and very easy to navigate. The owners have taken very good precautions for cleaning and sanitation with an in unit sanitizer dispenser which was a plus. It was overall a very good experience.We will be definitely back for our future visits

First Days of Autumn
Minutes from beautiful hiking trails and sights (Diana's Baths, WMNF/AMC trails/mountains, streams...a beautiful riverfront walkway and park in North Conway on route to Echo Lake...Black Mountain...Jackson...) on a lovely road in a nice apartment owned by pleasant, accommodating and thoughtful hosts, Jerry and Diane. Would do it again any season. This was a spectacular beginning to fall.
