Hoteller nær International Friendship Bell

«They only serviced the room every other day. I had to take out my trash, but it was not clear what I was supposed to do with it. I also had to request fresh towels several times.»

«The GM dismissed our reservation because they had no available room since a construction crew had trashed the room. Was going to get us a room at a holiday express ( a room not a suite as we had paid in advance for) she was not apologetic but proceeded to tell me that I was slaying her. This was a grown woman with not customer service skills. After telling her that it was unexceptionable she said that she would pay for one night at the Towneplace Marriot (our reservation was for 2 nights)GM also ...

«Room was clean. But, a used bar soap was left in the shower and no bath mat was left. They did bring one when we requested it. Also when we reported that the coffee maker was leaking, they replaced it but never informed us. We could not tell because the coffee and supplies were never replaced and put in a neat order. They also did this when we asked. We shouldn’t have had to ask!»

«😃»

«This hotel advertises as nonsmoking. It is far from it. We checked in and stayed for 5 minutes before we left. We ultimately had to check out due to health concerns. We couldn’t even stay the night and they refused to refund us. I would not recommend this location or hotel chain.»

«They so not carry ice. You have to ask for a hair dryer or iron and ironing board. You get a tiny bar of soap to use between the sink and shower. You provide everything you need. They provide nothing. Expensive to not get anything. »

«This place not only looked clean, it smelled clean. Really friendly staff and they cleaned our room daily (seems like many places don't these days). Breakfast had hot choices, but wasn't anything spectacular. Wished they had cold water at breakfast and another choice of fruit. Nice quiet property.»

«We wewre not made aware the gym was not in order and i travel depending on just that.. Otherwise a good location»

«Desk clerk and owner were very nice. Owner had waited all day for an elevator tech. It didn’t work the day I arrived. Fortunately, I had to climb up only one floor. The owner carried my luggage up. Window of 212 was so bad that I couldn’t see through it, at night, with outdoor lights on. Otherwise, room was clean and modern with LVP instead of carpet.»

«Not bad for the money starting to show its age.»

«Perfect as usual! We stay here every time we visit our son!»

«The staff was friendly.»
