"Value for money and a great place for families visiting the theme parks. However, dont choose this hotel if you have any diet request. 3 of our family of 4 are allergic to gluten and the only thing the hotel could offer for breakfast was an apple and a child cereal (honey rings). We had to bring our own food. Hence, sharpen up, this is not good enough service!!! We expect at least a gutenfree bread when we pay for the breakfast and provide information about our request before we arrive the hotel (we staid for 5 nights and nothing was done to satisfy out request). "

"We booked a stay for six nights for a familystay in Orlando. The hotel in itself was nice and new nut we did not receive any room tidy/cleaning which was quite unpractical. The hotel does not provide any cleaning unles you go to the front desk and give notice that you want cleaning, we let them know twice that we needed room cleaning (removal of trash, new towels and so on), but we did not get any cleaning despite that the front desk officer confirmed that we would get it. Except from the lack of cleaning, the stay was nice. "

"Breakfast sucks, barely anything to choose from and only unhealth options. The people in the reception were nice, but not very efficient. The rooms seemed okay except for the blood on the wall and a blue pill laying by the bed. Pool was nice."

"Perfect location with respect to the parks (especially Disney) and other stuff in the area. Friendly staff. You need a car for getting around, both inside the resort and elsewhere. "
