One restaurant staff in evenings was rude and not accomodating to us hotel guest. We visited 2 times and both time we encountered her , she was unpleasant and attitude was bad to say the least. Overall, the hotel and other staff was very nice.

Stayed with family including a toddler and had a fabulous time visiting the Bernese Oberland , everyone in this hotel had been so welcoming , friendly , efficient .Lovely breakfast and dinner ,feeling very safe ,and comfortable, relaxing.Thank you George ,what a marvelous team !

Best thing about the hotel is the restaurant food for dinner. Breakfast was good too. I did think the decor of the public areas needs a makeover, feels a bit dated.

This hotel is very clean! The breakfast is included in your stay and has lots of delicious options. Interlaken is a great place to stay you are close to the train, so you can easily day trip to visit different parts of Switzerland. We went hiking, skiing, and skydiving. AMAZING!

Excelente hotel. Super confortável. Cama maravilhosa, banheiro grande. Quanto grande. Amei tudo. Perto das duas estações, ost e west. Sendo q é bem mais perto da Interlaken ost. Na avenida principal com uma vista linda. Super recomendo.

Hotel aconchegante, bem localizado, próximo à estação de trem . Café da manhã variado e muito gostoso! Equipe atenciosa e prestativa ! Possui estacionamento em frente e também algumas vagas nas suas dependências. O restaurante oferece um cardápio variado: de fondue à hambúrguer! Super recomendo!

Es un buen hotel muy cerca de la estación de tren Interlaken Ost, queda a unos 8 minutos caminando. La zona es bonita, cerca del lago. El desayuno que está incluido es bueno. Las habitaciones están bien y son cómodas. Sugerencia: en temporada alta sugiero tener al menos dos personas en recepción ya que una sola persona atendiendo ocasiona que se haga una larga fila de huéspedes esperando en la recepción.

한국인의 선택은 의심하지말고 믿을 것
많은 한국인 여행객이 선택하는 호텔이라고 해서 망설임없이 예약했는데, 역시 명불허전.. 스탭 모두 친절하고, 유럽 내 다녀 본 모든 숙소 중 제일 깨끗한데다 엄청 코지해요. 조식에 밥도 나와서 그나마 향수를 달랠 수 있었고요! 인터라켄 오스트 역이랑 엄청 가깝고, 서역쪽 번화가랑도 크게 멀지 않아서 위치도 최고에요!

excelente hotel
foi uma excelente estadia, uma pena que fiquei apenas 1 dia. o check-in foi rápido e adequado. a localização do hotel é excelente. o quarto para minha família foi muito bom, espaço amplo com beliche para meus 2 filhos, pia , mesinha e cadeiras, conforto de cafe com maquina no quarto, camas excelentes, banheiro muito bom. cafe da manha excelente. apenas uma sugestão, o wifi estava liberado apenas para 3 pessoas, como estava em 4 pessoas, um de nos ficou sem wifi, porem não compromete em nada o hotel

Easy walk from the train station, breakfast was impressive considering it was “free”. Got the tiny room and felt like it was enough room for two people, elevator was extremely slow. We ended up taking the stairs as the elevator would take 4 minutes, WiFi was also rather slow and could not support a video call. Would definitely return!

Very friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Within easy walking distance of the train station. Although the room was small, it was clean and comfortable. Tea kettle was provided but coffee maker was not. No tea, coffee, milk, sugar was provided or accessible.

The location is perfect, just up to 10 mins walk from the Interlaken Ost. The view from my room is absolutely amazing and all staffs are nice and friendly.

This hotel is super quaint and the location is perfect. It is walking distance to everything you may need. Room is good size bathroom a bit small but realistic that does not matter. Beautiful views. It’s great!

It was extremely hot in our room and we had no option to turn the AC any lower. With how much the room cost and the reviews it had, I wouldn’t have predicted that the ‘luxury’ of sleeping comfortably in the room was going to be an issue.
