«Property is historic. Chelsea is a fabulous host and the property is just far enough away from the more touristy areas so that it is serene. That it is around the corner from Skagway Spirits Distillery doesn’t hurt either. 😉»

«The lodge was wonderful and we had a beautiful view of the ocean from our room. We also appreciated the laundry facilities. However, when we first arrived, there two very unfriendly (bordering on rude) employees at the front desk. The person on the desk later was much better.»

«The place is been renovated and a work in progress. Room was excellent but no ice machines or ice trays yet. We’re told that would be fixed. The view comes with road noise but worth it. Would stay again once renovations are completed.»

«The main issue we had as there is no sign on the building! There is no way to identify you have arrived at the location. You have to get the room key from a store near the building ( we had to ask people in the street and eventually another store owner took us to the right store to get the key) very unprofessional and frustrating. »

«It’s terrible, checked in and out within 20 minutes. Definitely stayed in some less than ideal places. This was an absolute disaster. »

«Hotellet er litt sliten, men oppveides av god beliggenhet og fantastsik service av de som arbeider der. Hotellet ordnet transport til og fra flyplassen - super service. Restauranten som er i forbindelse med hotellet er veldig bra og har god mat. Dermed litt skuffet over tildels mangelfull frokost. Til tross for dette vil jeg nok bestille der igjen grunnet god service:-)»
