Not my favourite
They have only 7 parking sots in the basement. I had to park in a public garage, 20 eur a day. Tgey didnt telle me about parking. The reseption said sorry but nothing else, thats a bad service…

Bra sentralt hotell
Hotellet lå veldig nære togstasjonen og gamlebyen, som var helt supert! Vi hadde et kort opphold, og var mye ute i byen, men frokosten var bra og hyggelig betjening. Ville besøkt deyte hotellet igjen.

Fint hotell med fin beliggenhet.
Vi bodde 2 netter på hotellet. Det ligger i sentrum og nært det meste. Frokosten var god og rommet var stille. Hotellet hadde sykler å låne ut og det benyttet vi oss av.

Sentralt i Innsbruck - dårlig parkeringsmulighet
Fint hotell med sentral beliggenhet. Det negative var at hotellet reklamer med parkering, men det er kun sju plasser. Vi måtte derfor stå i dyrt parkeringshus.

Fornøyd
Vanskelig å finne innkjøring til hotellet, pga anleggsarbeid i forbindelse med oppgradering utenfor. Ikke altfor mange P-plasser. Hotellet var bra innenfor. Har oppgradert rommene, som var rene og store i størrelse. Helt grei frokost. Enkelt og kort vei, til transport ut til Venezia. Husk å kjøpe billett på hotellet. De har billetter til banen ut til Venezia.

Helpfull and understanding staff!!
The staff made my stay really enjoyable even after my stay....I could leave my bags and motorcycle in the hotel while I was waiting for a later train to Hamburg on a rainy Innsbruck day.

Hyggelig opphold en natt. Gammelt sentralt hotell, litt slitent menndelvis renovert. Sentralt i forhold til gamlebyen og jernbanestasjon. God frokost.

The street noise from people around was terrible, no A/C in rooms so we need to keep windows open whole night and the noise coming from outside was awful.. Internet was interrupted most of the time. This was a bad isst.

Location was better than expected, staff was excellent. Easy walk to services and city center. Only complaint was I didn't seem to have control of the room temperature.

Schönes altes Hotel. Leider das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr enttäuschend. Das Gebäck war nicht frisch, die Schinkenplatte sah unappetitlich aus, die ganze Einrichtung konnte in so einem Restaurant viel besser sein.

We booked a 2 night stay at the hotel and have been fully satisfied. The rooms werer clean and well euqipped. All in all the complete hotel could be renewed at some points. The staff was friendly and polite, we got evertything we need just in time. The hotel itself is located right in the center of the city. Old town was just 3 minutes away, main train station just a 5 minutes walk. We would really recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a beautiful old building. The front desk staff was AMAZING! They helped with things to do and helped print out ticket for us! VERY NICE!

Great location to explore Innsbruck, everything is within walking distance. Free shuttle to take you to the ski slopes and back. Lovely sauna and fitness suite. Rooftop balcony to see a mountain in the distance.

Charming hotel, excellent location, friendly staff. Just something to keep in mind, I used expedia filter for parking in property and it turns out the parking offered it's a 24 hour public car park. Wifi in rooms (at least in 3rd floor) with poor signal.

Consigliabile perché l'hotel è confortevole e raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. Oltre che servizi essenziali ben gestiti e funzionali è in ottima posizione centrale in città ma molto tranquilla. La colazione è buona e la pulizia ragguardevole. Noi abbiamo dormito molto bene
