• Note: While the community is walkable to the Coachella and Stagecoach grounds, these festivals are seasonal, and we do not emphasize proximity outside event periods.

FAQs

★Do we have access to a pool or spa?★

You do - guests have access to the pool & spa in the resort. It is only available to guests staying within the community. Please note that the pool can be heated up to a maximum of 82°F. This provides a comfortable swimming temperature, but it is not intended to feel “hot” like a spa or hot tub. Due to the nature of the heating system, pool heating can only be offered for the entire duration of the stay and cannot be added on an ad hoc or per-day basis.



★ What are the additional fees? ★

To have the pool heated, it is $60 a day and must be requested at least 24h in advance.. There is no charge to heat the spa. It can take up to 24 hours to warm up so you need to let us know in advance if you want it heated.



★Is the property pet-friendly?★

Pets are allowed for a $150 fee per animal. However, we kindly request that they are kept off of the beds and sofa. If pet hair is found on the beds, there will be a $150 fine per bed where hair is detected for additional cleaning.



★What is the parking situation & how many vehicles can I bring?★

The HOA does not allow street parking in the community. As such we cannot accommodate more than 4 vehicles. Street Parking will result in a fine of at least $200 which guests will be liable for and you are at risk of being towed.



★Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours?

Yes - Community quiet times are between 10pm and 8am. Amplified music and excessive noise is not allowed. Respectful low volume music until 10PM is allowed. All music must be off after 10PM.



★Is early check-in or late check-out available?★

While it may not always be possible due to the cleaning schedule, Early and/or late check outs may be available for a fee. It is $75 for 2 hours early/late.



★Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors?★

Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the amount posted on the listing. Parties & Events are strictly prohibited. We require the contact details for all adults staying at the property.
