Other Things to Note:

This home is in a wonderful community and we kindly ask guests to follow our house rules. If you see an issue with this, we request you choose another property. Violation of our House Rules will result in all guests being asked to vacate the premises immediately. The booking will be canceled with no refund. Pool hours and access details are provided in the welcome packet



Important: please note that there is a separate casita located on the grounds of the property. This casita is not part of the rental and is not accessible to guests. It is completely independent and does not share any space with the main home, other than the front entrance gate.



Please keep the pool key/fob in a safe place and return it to its designated location before check-out. Lost or unreturned pool keys/fobs are subject to a $250–$300 replacement fee.

Please note that we require all guests to sign a liability waiver to stay in the home. This is a requirement of our insurance provider.

★ Does the property have a private pool or spa? ★

We do! Guests have access to their own private pool & spa, with lights for the perfect evening swim! Please note that the pool can be heated up to a maximum of 82°F. This provides a comfortable swimming temperature but is not intended to feel “hot” like a spa or hot tub. Due to the nature of the heating system, pool heating can only be offered for the entire duration of the stay and cannot be added on an ad hoc or per-day basis. When the spa is in use, the system redirects heat to the spa, so pool heating will temporarily pause and the pool temperature may drop until the system is switched back to pool heating.



★ What are the additional fees? ★

Pool heating is $80 per day and must be purchased for the entire stay. For monthly stays, pool heating is capped at $1,000 per month. Spa heating is complimentary. Pool heating is available upon request. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you would like to use it so we can ensure the system is properly checked and working before your arrival. The spa will not be hot at check-in. Due to energy-saving measures, it cannot be left running continuously, as turning it on disables the cleaning mode. Guests may turn it on upon arrival or contact us for assistance.



★ What is the parking situation? ★

The HOA does not allow street parking in the community. As such we cannot accommodate more than 2 vehicles. Street Parking will result in a fine of at least $200 which guests will be liable for and you are at risk of being towed.



★ Is the property pet-friendly? ★

Pets are allowed for a $150 fee per animal. However, we kindly request that they are kept off of the beds and sofa. If pet hair is found on the beds, there will be a $150 fine per bed where hair is detected for additional cleaning.



★ Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours? ★

Yes - Community quiet times are between 10pm and 8am. Amplified music and is not allowed. Respectful low volume music until 10PM is allowed. All music must be off after 10PM.



★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★

We are no longer able to offer early check-in or late check-out. If you would like extra time at the start or end of your stay, please book the night before or the night after - that way the home is yours for the whole day and there is no rush at either end.



★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★

Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the amount posted on the listing. Parties & Events are strictly prohibited. We require the contact details for all adults staying at the property.



★ Is this a good property for events or celebrations? ★

No. This is a residential community and the HOA strictly prohibits parties and events. Guests looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay will love the home and the neighbourhood.



★ What supplies are provided? ★

We provide roughly a week's worth of essentials to get you started - toiletries, paper goods and basic cleaning supplies. For longer stays, or if you get through them sooner, you're welcome to top up with whatever you prefer.



Please note that our gardening and pool maintenance team visits the property once per week to ensure everything remains in excellent condition. They will access the outdoor areas only and will not disturb your stay.



Pool Equipment Notice - For safety and proper operation, please do not adjust, tamper with, or manually operate any pool equipment, timers, heaters, pumps, or control systems. Any damage resulting from unauthorized use may be the guest's responsibility.

The pool is professionally cleaned twice a week. Due to occasional desert sandstorms, you may notice some sand or debris between scheduled cleanings. A small pool vacuum is provided for guest use if you'd like to freshen up the pool between professional service visits.
