Spa & Pool Heating Policy

• Spa heating is included with your booking. The spa is not pre-heated prior to arrival, but you can turn it on anytime during your stay. It operates on a 3-hour timer and will automatically turn off after each cycle.

• Pool heating is available for an additional charge with a 2-day minimum requirement:

- $150/day to heat up to 88°F
- Pool maintenance is twice a week.

You can request pool heating at any time—before or during your stay. Please note that it takes at least 24 hours to fully heat the pool.

Other things to note
✔ There are 4 security cameras in the property: one camera in the backyard facing the pool area, one camera at the front yard and garage facing the front door and driveway, and one camera on the side of the house. All of them are recording 24/7 for security purposes.

✔ Outdoor music is strictly prohibited due to local noise ordinances
✔ No DJ, karaoke, or loudspeakers allowed
✔ Early check-in & late check-out available upon request ($30/ per hour and is subject to our approval).
✔ Pets allowed with prior approval
✔ Maximum occupancy must be observed at all times
✔ Please note, that you are strictly prohibited from touching or making any adjustments to the pool equipment. Any damage to the heater resulting from tampering will require replacement at your expense. Your compliance ensures the safety and efficient operation of our pool facilities.
✔ Also, that for safety reasons we ask our guests to send a copy of their Government-issued ID and sign our property’s rental agreement through VRBO before their check-in. Please let me know if you have any questions or need anything.

By booking this home, you acknowledge and give your permission for the pool and/or hot tub to be serviced twice a week by our pool maintenance team, and for the gardener to access the backyard once a week for routine maintenance. These services may take place during your stay.

This property has special local compliance requirements, including a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a $1,500 security hold (not a traditional deposit, just a pending transaction).

As an alternative, you may choose a non-refundable damage waiver through a third-party insurance provider:
