The pool is the center of activities in the summer. Extend it in the winter by requesting the pool the be heated (surcharge would apply) and please provide a 24 hour advance notice so that we may begin heating the pool. * No lifeguard is on duty * No running is allowed around the pool * No Diving * Never leave a child unsupervised near the pool SMOKING POLICY Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the house including the garage. Guest(s) may be subject to forfeiture of all amounts paid and will result in additional cleaning fees up to $500. Smoking is permitted outside ONLY with all doors and windows closed.
