The Space:

This home is made for families and groups who want room to spread out and a backyard where everyone can gather.



The private pool and jacuzzi are the heart of the backyard. Around them you'll find a fire pit for desert evenings, a BBQ grill, outdoor seating, an outdoor fridge for drinks and snacks, and a ping-pong table.

Bedroom 1: King bed

Bedroom 2: Two queen beds

Bedroom 3: Queen bed and a bunk bed

Bedroom 4: Bunk bed (one bunk has a full-size trundle that rolls out)

Living room: Roku-ready smart TV (sign in with your own streaming accounts), a foosball table, and board games.

Bathrooms: two full baths, one with a bathtub, stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.

Kitchen: fully equipped, with cookware, dishes, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and a dining table for the whole group.

Laundry: washer and dryer inside the home, plus an iron.



Location: Tucked into a quiet cul-de-sac in Indio, minutes from the Empire Polo Club and close to shopping, parks, and restaurants.



Guest Access:

You have full, private use of the entire single-level home, backyard, pool, and jacuzzi. The garage is not available for guest use. You can park up to 5 vehicles in the driveway and directly in front of the home, but please don't park in front of neighbors' homes.



The Neighborhood:

You're on a quiet residential cul-de-sac in Indio, the heart of the Coachella Valley's festival scene.



The Empire Polo Club, home of the Coachella and Stagecoach festivals, is about 5 to 10 minutes away by car.



Shopping, parks, and local restaurants are all close by, and Palm Desert, La Quinta, and Palm Springs are an easy drive.



Joshua Tree National Park is about an hour's drive, a perfect day trip.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring the valley. Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) is about 35 to 40 minutes away, and ride-share services are available throughout Indio.

Please note that we require all guests to sign a liability waiver to stay in the home. This is a requirement of our insurance provider.



★ Does the property have a private pool or spa? ★

Yes. The pool and jacuzzi are yours exclusively. The pool goes from 3 ft to 6 ft deep, and diving is not allowed. Pool heating is available for an extra fee of $80 per day. For children's safety, the doors to the back patio have pool alarms. They can be bypassed to go in and out.



★ Is the property pet-friendly? ★

Unfortunately not. Pets aren't allowed at this property, but service animals are welcome.



★ Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours? ★

Yes. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. This is a residential neighborhood, so please keep music and voices at a respectful level, especially outdoors.



★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★

Yes. No more than 12 guests may stay, the number posted on the listing. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Children must always be supervised by an adult in the pool and jacuzzi area, and no glass is allowed near the pool or spa. Please report any damage that happens during your stay.



★ Is this a good property for events or celebrations? ★

No. This is a residential neighborhood and parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests looking for a fun, relaxing family getaway will love this home.



NON-SMOKING POLICY: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property or on the premises, including the backyard and outdoor areas. If you wish to smoke, please do so on the street, away from the house.
