A small pool vacuum is provided for guest use if you'd like to freshen up the pool between professional service visits.



Pets are welcome for a per-pet fee; keep them off beds and sofas ($150 per bed if pet hair is found).



No street parking per HOA (risk of $200+ fine and towing).



Quiet hours 10pm to 8am. No mail or package deliveries.
