Inside, you’ll find a beautifully decorated and well-maintained space. The open-concept layout combines the living room, billiard area, and dining space, creating a vibrant atmosphere for gathering. The kitchen offers a bit of privacy while still being connected to the dining area.
Retreat to the bedrooms for some quiet relaxation. The primary suite is located on the left wing, overlooking the sparkling pool, while the second bedroom features an en-suite bathroom. A hallway bathroom separates the two for added convenience. The third bedroom is centrally located, across from the living area, and shares a hallway bathroom with the bedroom on the right wing.

INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME:
Enjoy a fully furnished space featuring cable/satellite
TV and complimentary high-speed WiFi. The kitchen comes equipped with essential appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, crockpot, and handheld mixer, and much more! We have everything and anything and if there is something we don't have please don't hesitate to ask we will try to get it to you during your stay! There’s also an extra refrigerator in the garage for your convenience.
*Please note: For security purposes, there are cameras installed on the exterior of the property in the following locations:
- Front doorbell / Front yard
- Back door
- Pool equipment
- Side yard
- Back yard facing street (Please note that the house yard faces a back street for safety. If you prefer, you can cover the camera with a sock during your stay; just remember to remove it before you leave.
Additionally, there’s one camera inside the garage for security purposes when the house is unoccupied (game room). Please rest assured, there are no cameras inside the home itself. Thank you for your understanding, and enjoy your stay!

House Supplies
To enhance your experience, your home will be stocked with an initial starter supply of essentials, including trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponges, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry detergent, shampoo, bodywash, conditioner, k-cup coffee, sugar, cream, ground coffee and much more! Enjoy a seamless and luxurious getaway!
City of Indio Vacation Rental Rules
In accordance with City Ordinance 95C, the use of any sound production or reproduction devices—including radios, musical instruments, televisions, loudspeakers, and similar equipment—is strictly prohibited if it disturbs the peace and comfort of others. Please keep music at cell phone or laptop volume levels. NO AMPLIFED MUSIC ALLOWED ANYTIME.
Failure to comply with these regulations may result in citations, fines ( up to $2000 ) or even eviction without a refund. Repeated violations of short-term rental rules can lead to the loss of short-term rental privileges for homeowners. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a respectful and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests!
Extended Stay Policy:
Guests planning to stay for more than 28 days are required to submit a refundable deposit of $2,000. A utility allowance of $350 is provided; any charges exceeding this amount will be deducted from the security deposit, and corresponding bills will be provided for verification. Additionally, cleaning services will be scheduled every 15 days during your extended stay. Should you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.
Pool & Spa
During the winter months (recommended mid-September to mid-June), if you'd like the pool heated, you can request a temperature of up to 88 degrees for a fee of $100 per night.
***Please note that pool heating must be requested and paid for at least 48 hours before your arrival.***
The pool will not be heated during the summer months. Heating the spa is complimentary, with a recommended temperature range of 100-102 degrees.
Please note that the pool heating fee is non-refundable unless the heating issue is caused by a problem with the equipment.
Please keep in mind during the summer months June- September there is a possibility of the salt and sea boat bugs all over the pool we will get them taken care of as soon as possible if it does happen during your stay
- Speakers around house do not turn on.
Furry Friendly
We love welcoming your furry family members! Dogs are welcome for a fee of $150 at the time of booking, with a maximum of two dogs per stay. If you’d like to bring more than two dogs, please reach out to management for approval, and an additional fee of $50 per pet will apply.
We kindly ask that you clean up after your pets during your stay. If any extra cleaning is needed, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. Thank you for your understanding, and enjoy your time with us!
Parking
We have driveway 3 spots available, depending on your vehicle size. If you have extra cars, feel free to park them near the main security gate outside of the community on 44 Ave outside of the gated community. Park at your own risk! Just a friendly reminder: any parking fines ($1500) will be billed to guests, so please keep an eye on that! Please be aware that RVs, camper vans, large passenger vans, and commercial vehicles are not permitted to remain in the community at anytime. Additionally, these vehicles are entirely restricted from the community on Sundays.

Neither do we accept liability for any inconvenience's arising from any temporary interruptions or storage in supply of water, gas or plumbing NOT Caused by Property Owner ( no refund will be given if this accrues as it is out of our hands ), NOR will we accept any liability for losses or damages caused by weather conditions, natural disaster or other incidents beyond our control. Sometimes amenities can be harmful if not is used with caution such as surrounding pool areas can be slippery when wet. Tenant accepts and assume all risks involved in or related but not limited to use the patio, inside or outside the property. Please notify Lakeside Escape: Game Room W/ AC Management if something is to happen right away. ***
Music violations will be up to $2000. You may not have amplified/ loud music at anytime. Noise monitors are places in the house for noise alerts.
