Rules
We value the safety and comfort of all our guests, which is why we require all visitors to sign our house rules and contract upon arrival. This helps to ensure that everyone is aware of our policies and can enjoy their stay without any issues. We also ask for identification, such as a driver's license or passport, to verify the person making the reservation and ensure they are of legal age to stay with us. It is important that the person making the reservation is present during the check-in process and takes full responsibility for signing and initialing our house rules contract. If you are not comfortable with our rules or refuse to sign the contract, we cannot accommodate your stay and your reservation will be canceled.

RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT. You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party. The owner of the property is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities. The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
✹ Cameras- We understand the importance of maintaining a safe and secure environment for both our guests and our property. Therefore, we have installed security cameras in the backyard and front of the house. These cameras are for the sole purpose of monitoring and ensuring the safety of our guests and property. We kindly ask that you do not cover the cameras while on our premises.
✹ POOL & SPA - By not attempting to change the pool settings, you can avoid causing any damage to the pool or its equipment. The remote panel is specifically designed for controlling the pool and spa settings, and attempting to change other settings could lead to malfunction or costly repairs. Additionally, the automatic shut-off feature after 3 hours of use ensures safety and energy efficiency, allowing you to enjoy your pool without any worries.
✹ POOL HEAT - During winter or very cold days, the temperature of pools can range between 50-65 degrees. However, we do offer the option to heat the pool for an additional fee of $250 per night. Please let us know at least 24-hours in advance if you would like to take advantage of this service and the target temperature you desire is 85 degrees. Additionally, please note that the pool and spa are cleaned regularly, but due to the windy desert environment, there may be occasional debris from palm trees or other materials in the pool. Our pool cleaning days are Tuesday and Friday. Thank you for your understanding.

✹ QUIET TIME - We kindly ask all guests to be considerate of our neighbors by keeping noise levels to a minimum after 8:00pm. This is not only a courtesy to those living nearby, but it is also a city ordinance that is strictly enforced. The police will be called to address any noise complaints, and failure to comply with this policy may result in a fine of $1000.00 for a first offense and $3000.00 and immediate eviction for a second offense. As a reminder, please refrain from playing loud music during the day or using portable speakers of any size between the hours of 8:00pm and 7:00am to ensure a peaceful and respectful community for all.
✹ NO PETS ALLOWED- We understand the joy that comes with having a pet, but unfortunately, our home is not equipped to accommodate any animals. If any animals are brought onto the property, regardless of size, there will be an additional charge of $500 per night for extra cleaning. This is to ensure the comfort and cleanliness of our home for all guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping our home pet-free.
