Guest Access:

You will have access to everything the home has to offer, except the locked closets and the mailbox. If you need to have an item delivered directly to the home, please ensure it is left at the front door. Management does NOT have access to the mailbox.



The Neighborhood:

Your home is located in the beautiful golf course community of Indian Palms Country Club. The neighborhood is patrolled and guarded by security. In order to enter the community, EACH and EVERY ADULT must be pre-registered for access. Please follow the community rules and driving regulations.



Getting Around:

Please use your GPS for the most accurate directions and drive times.

Make sure you always enter and exit through the main gates (guarded gates)!

All ride share and delivery drivers have access through guarded gates so no need to worry about registering deliveries or pickups!



Other Things to Note:

We understand that you may be excited to start your stay sooner rather than later. To ensure an early check-in in please put in a request in advance.



For our guests’ comfort, pool and spa heating is available at an additional charge. Please reach out to the host for pricing and scheduling.
