This stunning desert condo comes with a fully stocked Kitchen with all your basic necessities and more! Kitchen has an abundant amount of counter space to make your home-made meals, a gas stove and an updated stainless steel fridge. Enjoy your home made meal either on the large dining room table or on the outdoor dining table while taking in the views. In the spacious Living room you`ll feel completely rejuvenated while relaxing on the cozy sofas and binging your favorite shows with your favorite snacks. Master bedroom and second bedroom have their own en-suite bathrooms and vanities. There`s also a a designated working space in the Master bedroom if you need to end up working remotely with 500 GBS internet speed. Feeling like spending sometime in the sunshine? We have you covered with community pools, jacuzzis, tennis courts and pickle ball courts. Condo is located in a safe gated community that`s patrolled 24/7.



Guests have full access to the 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo. Guests also have access to the 1 car garage and 1 car port. Guests are more than welcome to the Golf course during your stay too.





Home is located in gated community Indian Palms Country Club. Close to many attractions such as Palm Springs, Old Town La Quinta, Joshua Tree National Park, El Paseo, Indian Wells Tennis Garden and more!



The neighborhood features a 27 hole championship golf course, a clubhouse for food and drinks. Life style center also has Tennis Courts, Pickle ball courts, Gym, Salt water Pool and Jacuzzi.



When entering the community, you must enter the front gate on Monroe Street @ Indian Palms County Club. To exit, you can use closest gate on Jackson, or the front @ Monroe street.

Uber/Lyfts are more than welcomed.



Long term stays of 5 months only allowed for Nov-March



Available by the month: May, June, July, August and September.



Coachella and Stagecoach have a 4 day minimum.



Trash days are on Mondays, if you want can bring the garbage bin to the curb the night prior and roll it back into the garage after the trash has been collected that would be greatly appreciated.



Guests do not have access to the lifestyle center amenities.
