Guests have full access to the 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath, and 2 car garage home with a private pool.





Home is located in gated community Indian Palms Country Club. Close to many attractions such as Palm Springs, Old Town La Quinta, Joshua Tree, El Paseo, and more!



The neighborhood features a 27 hole championship golf course, a clubhouse for food and drinks.



When entering the community, you must enter and exit on the front gate on Monroe Street @ Indian Palms County Club. Ubers and Lyfts are more than welcome to enter the front gate.



Trash days are Mondays, if you can take the garbage bin to the curb the night prior and once the trash is collected if you can roll the bin back into the garage it would be greatly appreciated.



This home does not have access to the community amenities (tennis/pickleball courts, gym, and pool)



Pool maintenance and landscaping crew will be by every Monday and Thursday



Pool heating fees will apply. If you choose to heat the pool, there will be a daily $50 pool heating fee. This is fee just covers the cost of gas to heat the pool.

You are releasing owner for any liability of claims and agree to hold owner harmless from any damages (personal injury or otherwise) to you, your guests or any third party.



You recognize and understand that a Swimming Pool and Spa involve certain risks. Those risks include, but are not limited to, the risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the equipment used in the pool and injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area. Because the pool is an outdoor pool, no credits will be given if it becomes dirty. However, we can send our pool tech over for an additional clean if necessary.
