The desert sun casts long shadows across terracotta rooftops as you pull into the gated quiet of Indian Palms Country Club - a neighborhood that moves at its own pace, tucked just minutes from some of the Coachella Valley`s biggest draws. Inside, the home opens into a bright, airy living space where natural light spills through large patio windows and the day`s plans feel entirely optional.



Living space

The central living area flows naturally into the dining space and kitchen, making it easy for everyone to be in the same room without feeling crowded. An electric indoor fireplace adds warmth on cooler desert evenings, while the TV, board games, and puzzles give the group plenty of ways to wind down after a day out. The layout is open and unhurried - built for relaxed mornings with coffee and slow evenings with good company.



Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps up to 6 guests across three bedrooms. The main bedroom features a king-sized bed, a 55` TV, an en-suite bathroom with double sinks, and direct access to the backyard. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, and the third has two twin-sized beds. A queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room provides flexible space for additional guests.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a spacious island - everything you need whether you`re putting together a quick breakfast or a proper sit-down dinner. A dining table rounds out the space, giving everyone a place to gather.



Outdoor living

Step outside and the backyard earns its keep. A private saltwater pool and hot tub are available year-round - pool heating runs $75 per day (48 hours` notice appreciated) and is recommended from October through May; hot tub heating is complimentary. In summer, pool temperatures typically range from 85-95°F without heating. The outdoor dining area and seating give you a natural spot for meals al fresco, and the fire pit is the right place to be once the sun drops and the desert sky takes over. Note that the yard is not fully fenced.



Bathrooms

The home has 2.5 bathrooms, including the en-suite off the main bedroom. Expect the essentials - hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and hot water - plus extra pillows, blankets, and room-darkening shades throughout.



Amenities & essentials

Connectivity and comfort are both covered: Wifi, an Ethernet connection, and a dedicated workspace sit in a common area. Central air conditioning, central heating, and ceiling fans handle the desert climate year-round. An in-unit washer and dryer, a BBQ grill with utensils, a drip coffee maker, blender, and full suite of kitchen basics mean you won`t need much else. Families traveling with little ones can request a crib or Pack `n Play/Travel crib in advance. Self check-in is via smart lock, and parking fits up to 4 vehicles - 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway.



Location

Set within the gated Indian Palms Country Club, the home sits within walking distance of the Empire Polo Fields - home to Coachella and Stagecoach. PGA West Stadium Course is less than 2 miles away, and Old Town La Quinta, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, and local dining and shopping are all a short drive. Highway 111 and I-10 give easy access to Palm Springs and the wider valley.



Good to know

The home is pet-friendly at $150 per pet. Check-in is after 4 PM; check-out by 11 AM. Exterior security cameras are located at the garage, front door (Ring doorbell), and backyard facing the courtyard - no interior spaces are monitored. Early check-in or late check-out may be available at no extra cost, subject to scheduling.



Hot tub heating is complimentary.
Pool heating is available for $75/day and is recommended from October to May. Please provide 48 hours` notice for heating requests. In summer, pool temperatures typically range from 85–95°F.

Parking:
Parking for 4 vehicles: 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway
Street parking is allowed during the day but not overnight. Violations may result in fines or towing.

POOL/HOT TUB (RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT)

You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, exposure to any of our plants that can be poisonous if eaten, or any other activities on the property.

Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys` fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property.

NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.

Loud noise isn`t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!
