Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home, including both bedrooms, living spaces, kitchen, and laundry area. Entry is seamless with a smart lock at the front door — you’ll receive a unique access code before check-in for easy self-entry.

We kindly ask all guests to be respectful of our home and the surrounding neighborhood. Children are welcome, though please note the home is not baby-proofed.



🛡️ Security & Screening

Your safety and the security of our community are a top priority. This property uses Authenticate, a trusted third-party partner, to verify guest identity and screen reservations prior to arrival.

For added security, a Ring camera is installed at the front door. It monitors the entryway only — there are no cameras inside or in any private areas.



📦 Mail & Deliveries

We recommend using Amazon Lockers or other nearby delivery services for packages during your stay. Direct mail delivery to the property is discouraged, as the home is not set up for long-term resident mail service.



🚫 House Rules (Strictly Enforced)

To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, please observe the following:

🚭 No smoking or vaping inside the property. ($100 fee if detectors are tampered with)

🎉 No parties, events, or large gatherings.

🐾 No unauthorized pets.

🚫 No weapons, drugs, or illegal activity.

👥 No unregistered guests without prior approval.

🔊 Noise monitors are in place to ensure a quiet, respectful experience for all neighbors.

🔑 Lost key fee: $200 for replacement if the key is lost or not returned.

💡 Extended stays: Guests staying 28 days or longer are responsible for utilities used during their stay.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for disruptive or unsafe behavior. Violations may result in immediate removal and forfeiture of payment.
