Great Reunion Weekend
Former college roommates gathered for a long weekend in Indy. We all had our own bed and most of us had our own bedroom. We enjoyed walking to the Indianapolis Speedway and the cute downtown area. The home was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. I'd recommend it!

We had a group of 14. We drove from Texas and arrived to the property where we were greeted by the host. Property was clean and welcoming. Location was convenient to shopping and downtown.

family stay
We were in town for a family funeral. This property was perfect for us so that our family coming in town for the funeral could stay together. We had adequate space and it was within walking distance of several restaurants on Main Street - weather permitting. Whenever we come back in town, we will definitely use this property if available. Communication was great as well.

Great house and location!
We had a team come in for rowing at Eagle Creek and this place was perfect. Close to the water, airport and speedway. We could walk to shops, dining, and the neighborhood was quiet and off the main road. Pam was a wonderful host with great suggestions and there for anything we needed. Thank you!!

Move in ready!
It looks small when you drive up but the house has tons of space! This was the most “move in ready” VRBO I have stayed in. I have a whole box of dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, waste bags, basic spices etc that I always bring on vacation and I didn’t need any of it. Even with a large adult group for a week. The kitchen has matching, quality dish ware and quality cooking supplies. All the basics are there and ready! We had a house full of adults for 8 days and ate almost all of our meals on the lovely deck. The furniture and beds were comfortable and clean. The only improvement I would recommend is for families that include elderly or less stable adults. The bathroom on the main floor has one bathroom with a claw foot tub that is on blocks. There is no grab bar. The other bathrooms are probably safer but require up and down stairs. We had three grandparents in their 70-80s but with a little help they did well. Just be aware. The location is on a main road but was very quiet. We felt very safe. Kroger is nearby. The Speedway and a cute little Main Street are a block away. The property manager was immediately available and resolved the one small issue I had very quickly.

Great Location, Comfortable with many beds, minor annoyance
It was great stay and the host was very helpful. There was a minor annoyance with no bath soap or shower gel/body wash in the house. Even though Pam (host) was very helpful, she shocked me by saying no-one has ever complained about this ever. I am puzzled that there are towels, hair shampoo/conditioner combo, conditioner separately, but no soap/gel for shower?

Great stay, but......
The only issues are.. I didn't receive check in code,sent message no response. Called evolve got info. Only bathroom on main floor no running water in sink. Not sanitary especially after using bathroom. Allen came out and checked ot said pipes were frozen. They were frozen all weekend. Basement TV not working. Again Allen came and assisted. Cleanliness not that great.

Great space for family trip
This house was a great accommodation for a family traveling to Indianapolis for a wedding. Check-in was easy. We appreciated having a driveway. There were enough beds to accommodate my family. The only thing we couldn’t figure out was the thermostat which was fine because the house was nice a warm. Our DC blood was not prepared for the Indiana windy cold. Lots of blankets and pillows. We didn’t find the box of toilet paper until after a trip to Walmart. Overall, great house! Thank you for hosting my family.

Perfect for our family group of 8
Nice layout with a full bathroom on each floor, however the upstairs and basement shower stalls were a little on the small side. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen had adequate supplies. The host/manager was quick to answer our email and help with minor issues we had that were resolved quickly. Location is very central and easy access to the nearby highway. We’d definitely stay here again If we’re in the area

Home sweet home
Walking into the home everything set up nicely not staged very nice to have extra room to walk around without being in the way the bedrooms perfect & spacious even the kitchen the host walked through with us and answered all questions I appreciated the 3 bathrooms as that was a plus as well as the deck what a great staying experience would highly recommend to my friends & family.

Fantastic Property, Comfortable Beds & Clean
The property was very clean—we didn’t even notice any dust. It smells clean and it’s obvious that the bathrooms were thoroughly clean before we got there. The beds are as comfortable as those I’ve slept on in luxury hotels. The property manager Pam is lovely and called me to let me know we’d left behind an item (of significant value)and graciously waited for us to come back for it. Nice, safe neighborhood and definitely walking distance to the speedway.

Brickyard weekend
Excellent house. Every request I had the property manager made it happen. Great location and plenty on room with all queen and king beads. Perfect for the weekend with out of town customers. Would definitely rent again next year.

Excellent experience
This property is perfectly arranged for a large group. The space if divided up yet doesn't feel cramped. We experienced a problem with the hot water heater and the property managers expediently and expertly dealt with the situation. I would whole heartily recommend staying at this property

Cute place but needs major improvement!
Our stay was pleasant in Indianapolis. But the house needs major clean up. Basement bathroom has lots of mold in the shower, floors were very dirty (I have pictures), stove had grease, dirty windows frames and doors. House was not sanitized. Closets had random storage items. Location was very convenient.

Lots of space, but could use some maintenance
The hosts were very attentive and easily reached. The house is spacious and great for a large group. They left plenty of linens and kitchen amenities. Beds are comfy. We enjoyed our stay, but the property could be better maintained: 2 broken bar stools (one was set aside in basement), no light bulbs in deck light (safety issue for anyone sleeping in the carriage house), broken floor trim between living room & kitchen area, one of the shower tubs kept backing up.

Great location in Speedway Ind.
I have never been this close to a track before. I have been to many tracks and quite close to many. The closest was 5 mins away driving. This was closer to 5 mins away walking. The house was clean and spacious and could have held many more as we were only three and it could have gone to 14. All amenities were perfect and beds quite comfortable. A great place to stay if you are going to the race. We were able to see the hauler parade from the front porch as the moved towards the speedway, an extra added bonus.

Exactly what we needed
The property was clean and modern. It was in the perfect location for IMS events. 5 min walk to the entrance and 5 min to bars and restaurants. Great deck where you can hear the cars run while you grill out. Easily accommodated seven guys and could have a few more comfortably.

Although the neighborhood you drive through will make you have doubts, the house is very clean, modern and had all of the needed amenities. There are always small quirks about a home you rent, but the amenities offered by this house trumps all of that. We came here for a trade show, and I’m pretty shimmied we will rent this house again next year.

Beautiful but not clean
We arrived after 5pm. It became increasingly clear that the home had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. There were stains on the sheets upstairs, hair all over the bed in the basement. When we called the contact, the was no response for several hours and even then no one ever showed up to clean. The steps to the basement were coming apart and the showers were dirty. I expected more given the amount of money I paid. It was a well appointed house and a great neighborhood but the cleaning crew ducked. I wouldn't stay here again.

Clean, comfortable and conviently located
As this was my first time not booking a hotel, I was not sure what to expect but I am convinced that this is the way to go. Much better than a hotel. This house looks deceivingly small from the outside. It is huge on the inside, and beds galore. 7 double beds with memory FOAM matresses. We picked one of the hottest weekends of the year so the upstairs bedroom was on the warm side but the rest of the house was extremely comfortable and clean. The Indianapolis motor speedway, SIK Karting, good food, and bars, all within walking distance. Grocery store was about 3 miles away. The family concensus is: BOOK IT AGAIN.

Great for a group and perfect location
The house is adorable and the use of space is great for a large group. We had a few issues that were resolved by the company and were overall very happy with the home and perfect location, just blocks away from the speedway. We were also able to walk to some really good restaurants. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The only thing I would recommend is, bring a fan because the upstairs doesn’t seem to cool well and it ges VERY hot up there. We had to buy 2 fans and during the day it was still warm.

Beautiful Clean Convenient home !!
This place could not have been any more perfect… We stayed here with our baseball team for a tournament… It had everything we needed and it was very convenient to everywhere went! The house was clean and beautiful and we all slept comfortable! It accommodated 14 people perfectly ! Lots of restaurants nearby and easy access to the highway! Would definitely stay here again !!
