The description of the house was very misleading. I'll start with the pros. 1. The pool area was pretty great. The kids had a blast. 2. There were many TVs throughout the house too keep everyone entertained. 3. The laundry adn appliances were on pretty good condition. 4. The hot water was perfect. Now the cons.We notified the property owner of pretty much everything wrong and the only took care of a couple issues. Examples would be, broken blinds (fixed), mold in coffee maker (replaced), but that's about it. The rest of the issues we found were not only not fixed, but made the house feel neglected and definitely not worth what we paid. I took a video walk through of the whole house that I'll post. Everything from lights not working, janky electrical, accordion doors not on the tracks, cheap bunk beds that felt unsafe to the point kids slept on air mattresses instead. There's a sliding barn for in the matter bedroom that has only 1 panel so when you slide it open, it just makes another hole on the other side. The shower doors were not in the bottom track so the doors were not secured. The shower heads just sprayed water all over the place, and toilet seat was very loose in the main bathroom. Towel bars and the pool cue holder were not installed properly so they were pretty much falling out of the wall. One guest bedroom door frame was busted so you couldn't shut the door securely and the bottom of the door seemed broken as well. I would not recommend staying here.
