This place is absolutely adorable, lots of charm and character presented in the historic architecture. The host has done an amazing job combining modern touches throughout the home.Will stay again!

I found this unique and very affordable well-appointed townhome close to downtown and the Bottle District, and only 20-25 min from the airport and the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. There was lots of space to hang out and if you wanted some separation, having the bedrooms on separate floors, both with ensuites was amazing. There was a house party on one night with the other people who live in the building, but luckily I had earplugs so it was a non-issue.I would definitely recommend this property!

I was initially given the wrong code for the gated parking lot and entrance to the apartment. The owner was prompt in responding to the situation. We had a problem with the wifi, and again, the owner was prompt in resolving the issue. The stairs were a problem for me and my older sister. We are 68 and 70 respectively. There was a mention of the stairway in the description of the property, but not to near the extent. I would suggest to the owner that a railing be provided for the last two steps of the first staircase. And there are two!
