Location was perfect! Parking was convenient. The bathroom could use more bath towels for showers. Living room could use a blanket. Thank you!

I stayed in Indianapolis from February 24–28, 2026, and had a fantastic experience! The location was perfect — right downtown and within walking distance to restaurants, attractions, and everything I needed. Having free garage parking was a huge bonus and made getting around so easy.The suite itself was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully set up. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen had everything I needed, and the space felt both stylish and welcoming. It truly felt like a home away from home.The host was responsive and made check-in and check-out seamless. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Indianapolis!

Very cool building and apartment. It was larger than a hotel room and better priced. Great communication with the host. Location is walking distance to convention center, plenty of food and entertainment options. Accommodations were better than expected. While parking access was included in the stay, I didn't need it but can easily see how it would be required if I had a car. The host was attentive during my stay with prompt replies to some questions. Would highly recommend for someone attending an event at the convention center or any other reason.

Optimum location. Nice apartment. Parking space is a real plus. Cons: 1) ran out of toilet paper. No response from host to that message 2) no Kleenex in the unit 3) lift on office chair doesn’t hold chair in position. Very frustrating for doing work at the desk. 4) kitchen faucet spout was bent on arrival. Water leaked at connection onto counter top. No response from host in response to reporting it. Would definitely stay there again. The cons were minor inconveniences but are things I would expect from a good administrative and management process.

Our stay was here was good and what we needed it to be. We didn’t use the kitchen because it was so close to so many restaurants. The location was great as it’s close to many things. We were able to walk to the Indiana War Memorial museum and the Lucas Oil Stadium. Check in was easy and very detailed in the instructions we were given. The parking garage situation was a little less convenient than I would have liked but it was nice that it was free ( you have to go to the apartment to get the garage pass before you can park and take it back to the apartment before you leave). The only real complaint I have is that the apartment was not as clean as I would expect for having a cleaning fee as large as what it was. I think the apartment is in need of a deep clean, but the essentials (bed, shower, sink) were clean enough that it wasn’t a big deal. Overall the apartment was nice and I would probably stay here again.

Overall the unit was very good. The location in downtown Indianapolis was perfect. Very close to the main sporting venues so an easy walk. And Monument Circle is one minute away walking. Plenty of restaurants and historic sites and museum's. The including of parking (free) in the overall price of the unit was great.The unit itself was mostly fine. The kitchen and utensils were good. The unit was clean had what you needed to enjoy being there. I did need to follow up with the host (vrbo) for final instructions on how to get into the unit, passwords, etc. after I was already in the neighborhood. Having that beforehand would have been more timely.The one concern I have which did impact my overall enjoyment of the unit was the bed. The mattress is foam on foam and the foam is breaking down so it isn't ideal for sleeping. And due to that I didn't get the best night's sleep each night. If that can be replaced with a more traditional mattress it would take care of that problem.If the mattress was replaced I could see myself staying at this location again.
