«the room we stayed in was poorly maintained. the tile in the bathroom was noticeably uneven, you could see the paint mismatch on patch kits in the sunlight, the bathroom door had split wood like someone tried to kick it in, and there was so much outside noise. we could hear footsteps and joists creaking from an occupant above us. we could hear an intermittent clicking noise for at least 5-10 mins after flushing. we could hear way too much for what is called a “sleep in”. the temperature in the ...

«Terrible experience. The customer service was among the worst I have encountered. The room was dirty, with broken doors and no hot water at all. The towels were extremely small, more like kitchen towels than bath towels. Breakfast offered very limited options, and the area did not feel safe. «We only stayed for a night during Indy but everything went well. Rooms were big and clean. Included all necessities. Hotel was well kept and staff helpful. «Upon arrival to the property I noticed it was nothing like the pictures. The property had 2 public notices posted on the front door. One was for delinquent disrepair and the other was from the health department. Upon entering the front office for check-in, the clerk told me that she couldn't check me in because the computer had issues, the internet was down, and there was no hot water in the building.
