«Very nice and comfortable hotel. The staff is pleasant and helpful and there is plenty of parking. There is literally everything that you could possibly want to eat within two miles and plenty of places to shop for whatever you need. This is my second time staying there and I will come back again when I’m in the area. I didn’t find the traffic noise that other people complained about to enter my room and I’m a light sleeper. «Staff was completely combative over reason for deposit. I was coming from a DV situation and didn't need this manager explaining to me the reason for subsequent deposit charges. She actually yelled at me explaining WHY when I understood the reason WHY from the get go! Ugh! Ceiling leaked from above room 112 and splattered everything with water from who knows where. «This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. There was trash left in the fridge, including food and opened cans of Coca-Cola. The room only had one towel, and the bed sheets looked dirty, like they were not properly washed. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of basic hygiene standards. I would not recommend staying here.»
